Pineapple juice is very healthy for the human body. Pineapple juice is found to contain almost all the minerals and vitamins that are required for a digestive system. Regular consumption of pineapple juice provides nutrition to the body. Pineapple juice is a very good source of the Vitamin B1. Only ripe pineapple fruits be used in preparation of the juice. Pineapple juice also benefits for skin care as well as for acne treatment. Pineapple juice is a rich source of Vitamin C. It is always preferable to drink fresh juice as compared to drinking canned or bottles pineapple juice as some amount of the nutritional benefits of pineapple juice are lost in these processes. For women suffering from painful periods, drinking pineapple juice can provide some relief. Also, the reduction of excessive water build up in the body especially during pregnancy.
1. 2 cup pineapple cubes
2. 1 cup ice cubes
3. 3 tbsp sugar
4. Pinch black pepper
5. 3 - 4 mint leaves
1. Take a mixer bowl, add pineapple cubes, pinch black pepper, sugar / honey and half cup of ice cubes.
2. Blend it properly till it become smooth puree.
3. Take a serving glass, add remaining ice cube in it and pineapple juice in it.
4. Now, garnish it with the help of mint leaves.
