recipe of lauki juice

Lauki juice with ginger flavor

Lauki juice with pinch of black paper powder and dry ginger powder help in losing weight. It is full of fiber and water. Lauki juice is most effective if taken in early in the morning in empty stomach or in the evening before taking dinner.

1. 2 cup seedless lauki chopped (skin removed)
2. 5 - 6 mint leaves
3. 1 teaspoon ginger pest
4. 1 teaspoon black salt (sanchal powder)
5. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds powder
6. 2 teaspoon lemon juice
7. 2 teaspoon honey (optional)
8. 1 cup ice cubes

1. Take a mixer bowl, add lauki, ginger pest, cumin seeds powder, lemon juice, honey, mint leaves and black salt in it. blend it properly.
2. Take a serving glass, add ice cubes in it and add lauki juice. Garnish with mint leaves.

Tip: You can also use amala slice or kacha mango slices in it for delicious flavor.
