Purple or black jamun juice or Black plum juice specially for monsoon season. You can serve jamun juice to your guest at your home. It really tasty and look delicious. It gives little bit spicy flavor because of black pepper powder. 

Monsoon season is a season of love or season of purple or black jamun fruits.... hahahahahaha.....
Purple color is my favorite color. When we eat purple jamun our tongue also take a purple color its look delicious...

Ingredients:
1. 2 cup chopped jamun (purple/black) (Remove seeds)
2. 1 cup ice cubes
3. 1 cup water
4. 1 tbsp sugar / 3 teaspoon honey
5. Pinch Black Salt
6. Pinch black pepper powder
7. 1 lemon juice
8. 3 - 4 mint leaves (for garnish)
9. Jamun slice (for garnish)

Recipe:
1. Take a mixer bowl, add chopped jamun, sugar / honey, lemon juice, black salt, black pepper powder, water and half cup of ice cubes in it.
2. Blend it properly till become smooth.
3. Take a serving glass, add ice cubes, jamun juice in it and garnish with mint leaves and jamun slice.

recipe of green apple juice

Green Apple Juice
Green apples are a good source of vitamin c. Green apples doesn't contain cholesterol. So, it helps you to maintain your calories. Green Apple also prevent skin disease. Green Apple also maintain your teeth healthier. Daily consumption of green apple juice is really a very good for human body. You can also serve this drink in a party.

Ingredients:

1. 1 cup chopped green apple (removed seeds)
2. 1 cup ice cubes
3. 1/2 cup of coconut milk
4. 1/2 cup sugar / 4 - 5 tbsp honey
5. Pinch black pepper powder
6. 4 - 5 mint leaves
7. 1 teaspoon grated fresh coconut

Recipe:

1. Take a mixer bowl, add apple, sugar/honey, black pepper powder and 1/2 cup ice cubes in it. 
2. Blend it properly till it become smooth puree.
3. Add coconut milk in it and again blend it properly till it become smooth puree.
4. Take a serving bowl, add ice cubes and apple coconut juice in it.
5. Garnish with the help of mint leaves and just sprinkle grated coconut on it. Serve it

Tip: You can also use dry fruits for garnish it.

Pineapple juice is a very good source of the Vitamin B1. Only ripe pineapple fruits be used in preparation of the juice. Pineapple juice also benefits for skin care as well as for acne treatment. Pineapple juice is a rich source of Vitamin C. It is always preferable to drink fresh juice as compared to drinking canned or bottles pineapple juice as some amount of the nutritional benefits of pineapple juice are lost in these processes. For women suffering from painful periods, drinking pineapple juice can provide some relief. Also, the reduction of excessive water build up in the body especially during pregnancy.

Ingredients:
1. 2 cup pineapple cubes
2. 1 cup ice cubes
3. 3 tbsp sugar
4. Pinch black pepper
5. 3 - 4 mint leaves

Recipe:
1. Take a mixer bowl, add pineapple cubes, pinch black pepper, sugar / honey and half cup of ice cubes.
2. Blend it properly till it become smooth puree.
3. Take a serving glass, add remaining ice cube in it and pineapple juice in it.
4. Now, garnish it with the help of mint leaves.

Ingredients:
1. 2 pomegranate(anar)
2. 1 cup sugar
3. 1 lemon juice
4. 1 teaspoon black salt (sanchal)
5. 1 cup ice cubes
6. 1 cup water

Recipe:
1. Take out seeds of pomegranate and add 2 cup of water and blend it.
2. Add black salt, lemon juice and sugar in it. Again blend it for 2 - 3 minutes.
3. Put in a refrigerator for chill it. At serve time, pass out the juice through a sieve for remove hard seeds.
4. Take a serving glass, add ice cubes in it and add pomegranate juice in it.

Tip: You can add mint leaves at garnish time.

4. 1 cup ice cubes

Recipe:
1. Take a bowl, add mango, sugar / honey,  ice cubes and milk in it.
2. blend it properly till it become smooth.
3. Garnish with mint leaves.

Tip:
1. You can also garnish with cherry or strawberry or dry fruits.
2. You can add curd / dahi instead of milk, it become Mango Lassi.

Orange juice is an excellent source of vitamin C. Orange juice is a fruit juice obtained by squeezing, pressing or otherwise crushing the interior part of the orange. Orange is also beneficial for the skin. You can rub the insides of the orange on your skin. When orange skin become dried you make a powder of dried skin and use as a scrub.

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup orange juice
2. 1 cup strawberry ice cream
3. 1 cup ice cubes
4. 3 - 4 strawberry chopped (for garnish)
5. 4 - 5 mint leaves

Recipe:
1. Take a bowl, add orange juice and ice cubes in it and blend it properly.
2. Take a serving glass, add strawberry slice in it and add orange juice in it. 
3. Add strawberry ice cream on the top of orange juice.
4. Apply remaining strawberry slice on the top of ice cream. 
5. At last garnish with mint leaves and serve it.

Tips: 
1. You can also use any flavor of ice cream.
2. You can also mix pineapple juice or carrot juice or strawberry juice with orange juice.

1. 1 cup seedless watermelon chopped
2. 1 cup cucumber chopped
3. 1 teaspoon ginger pest
4. 1 cup ice cubes
5. 1 teaspoon honey
6. 1 teaspoon sanchal powder


Recipe:

1. Take a bowl, add watermelon, cucumber, ginger, honey and sanchal powder in it. Blend it properly.
2. Take a serving glass, add juice in it and add ice cube in it. 


Tip: You can also use curd / dahi in it.

1. 2 cup seedless lauki chopped (skin removed)
2. 5 - 6 mint leaves
3. 1 teaspoon ginger pest
4. 1 teaspoon black salt (sanchal powder)
5. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds powder
6. 2 teaspoon lemon juice
7. 2 teaspoon honey (optional)
8. 1 cup ice cubes

Recipe:
1. Take a mixer bowl, add lauki, ginger pest, cumin seeds powder, lemon juice, honey, mint leaves and black salt in it. blend it properly.
2. Take a serving glass, add ice cubes in it and add lauki juice. Garnish with mint leaves.

Tip: You can also use amala slice or kacha mango slices in it for delicious flavor.

1. Take a mixer bowl, add grapes, sugar / honey, lemon juice, coriander powder,mint leaves and black salt in it. blen it properly till it become smooth.
2. Take a serving glass, add ice cubes and grapes juice in it. Garnish with venila ice cream, mint leaves and grapes slices.

Tip: You can use green or red grapes for making grapes juice.

Tip: You can garnish cucumber grape juice with slices of grapes or slice of lemon or slice of cucumber.

Tip: 
1. You can mix strawberries and water melon with mask melon for delicious taste and yummy color.
2. You can also use kaju, badam and cherry at garnish time.
3. You can also sprinkle jal-jeera powder.

Watermelon juice is one of my favorite recipe specially in summer season. Its very cool,very tasty and very healthy juice. When we drink watermelon juice, we feel very fresh. Its color very attractive also.
Oh yes, we can also serve it with chakri, farsi puri, or other crunchy flavor snacks.

Ingredients:
1. 1/2 watermelon finally crushed
2. 1 tsp ginger finally crushed
3. 2 tsp lemon juice
4. 2 tsp sugar/honey
5. 3-4 mint leaves (phudina) for garnish
6. 1 tbps ice cubes (for garnish)
7. watermelon cubes (finally chopped for garnish)

Recipe:
  1. Take a grinder bowl, add watermelon, ginger, lemon juice, and sugar/honey in it and grind it properly till it become liquid form.
  2. Now, serve this watermelon juice into a serving glass and garnish with ice cubes, watermelon cubes, mint leaves.

Note: you can also sprinkle black paper powder and salt at garnish time.
you can also use lemon slice at the corner of glass for garnish watermelon juice.
