Beetroot coconut laddu / beetroot coconut ladoo is really very easy dish. You can do it without the use of stove. Are you surprised????? Yes I know you definitely surprised. Your mind constantly asking you how is it possible??? Or How to make laddu without the use of stove??? Or how is it possible to make beetroot coconut laddu?????? Am I right???? Oh yes, I know I am absolutely right today. Now, no need to be more surprise because it’s completely true that beetroot coconut ladoo made easily at home without the use of stove. Oh yes, i forgot to told you that beetroot coconut laddu made from simple ingredients.

Actually, my hubby interested to eat something new and he always told do something new because I want to eat something special or new every day. So, all time I confused what to do and how to do.

Yesterday, my mom purchased beetroot from the market and I just shocked oh my god beetroot came at my home. When my hubby come at home I suddenly asked him did you really like beetroot. He said No, I never like it. I also never like beetroot but I like its natural color a lot. Beetroot have god gifted color.

Actually, mom wants to make beetroot halwa at home. But, I and my hubby really dislike sweet dishes.  Suddenly, an idea came in my mind to make something new from beetroot. So, I and my hubby can also eat beetroot. Because I know beetroot is very healthy for human body.  Beetroot contains vitamin A, B6, C and also contain full of potassium, magnesium, Iron, Carbohydrate, protein and fiber. Beetroot also help to reduce blood pressure and heart attack risk. Beetroot is also law calories and fat free vegetable. So, you can also use it for diet food. Beetroot also helps to maintain blood sugar level in your body.  I know all benefits of beetroot that’s why I never wish to avoid it.

Suddenly, I got an idea. I just find out grated coconut in the kitchen.  It just 1 bowl nothing more than that, so I just confused and I feel too much laziness to start stove only for 1 bowl of coconut powder.  My mind continuously thinks what to do now???? Whether I should have to go at market or not for more grated coconut??? After 10 – 15 minutes, I feel that I just want to do it for try then no need to be worry for quantity of ingredients. It’s completely enough for trying any kind of dish. Now, I peeled and chopped half beetroot and make juice of it. I just make juice of it because I don’t want to use too much quantity of beetroot because we really dislike it. So, I just want to use juice of it because of its natural color. Beetroot natural color really gives delicious and yummy look to my special dish.

When my dish is ready I was so happy by looking it delicious color and taste. When I serve to my family members they all were said “Wow!!!!!” I was so happy when I was heard this word from them. Also, I can’t believe when my hubby really like it so much and told me I want to eat more. Oh my god, it’s really big surprise for me because he never like beetroot, coconut or more sweet dishes then also he want to eat more beetroot coconut ladoo. It’s really an amazing experience of beetroot special recipe.  My family members really like it a lot and papa told me that do it more we want to eat beetroot coconut laddu.

You can also do it at your home for celebrating any kind of festival. I am decided to do beetroot coconut laduu on this ‘Rakhi festival’ because my brother also dislikes beetroot and I wish he really like this dish. You can also serve beetroot coconut ladoo as sweet dish in your kids party or any kind of party. You can also serve beetroot coconut laduu after finishing of dinner.

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup dry grated coconut
2. 2 tbsp beetroot juice
3. 2 tbsp sugar powder
4. 2 tbsp milk
5. 2 tbsp finely chopped Almond
6. Pinch cardamom powder

Recipe:
1. Take a bowl, add sugar powder and chopped almond in it, mix it properly.

2. Now, add 2 tbsp beetroot juice in it and mix it properly.

3. Now, add 2 tbsp milk in it and again mix it properly till sugar completely mix in it.

4. Take a bowl of grated coconut and add pinch cardamom powder in it and mix it properly. (Note: Its used just for flavor you can avoid it)

5. Now, add little little mixture of beetroot juice to the bowl of grated coconut and mix it.

6. When you can easily make balls from coconut mixture then no need to add more beetroot juice in it.

7. Try to make small balls from the remaining mixture of coconut. (Oh wow, Its look like a Jamun fruits.)

8. Now, put it into refrigerator for an hour. 

Tip: Garnish it with the help of mint leaves.

Banana burfi is a sweet dish. This Rakhi festival is celebrate with banana burfi and share it with your friends and family. Try to impress them and get so many good blesses from them. I have decided to celebrate this rakhi festival with banana burfi. Its really so interesting. I am eagerly waiting for rakhi festival because i want to give big surprise with banana burfi to my big brother. Oh yes, you can also store it in refrigerator for a week. Trust me, banana burfi is so simple and easy to cook same as mango burfi. Also, all ingredients used in this recipe is easily available at market. So, what you think right now???????? Stand up and be ready for do this banana burfi at your home and impress your family members. Oh yes, always remember that banana is a full source of calcium and nutritious. So, everyday eat at least one banana is very good for human body. 

Ingredients:
1. 5 - 6 ripe banana
2. 500 ml milk
3. 4 tbsp sugar
4. 2 tbsp ghee
5. 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
6. 10 - 12 chopped almond
7. 10 - 12 chopped cashew nuts
8. 10 - 12 kismis

Recipe:
1. Soak almonds into water for 2 - 3 hours. After that, Remove skin of its and chopped it.
2. Take a non stick pan, add milk and sugar in it stir it continuously on medium flame.
3. Remove skin of ripe banana and mash it properly.
4. Now, add mash banana to the milk and stir it continuously on medium flame till it become semi-thick.
5. Now, add ghee in it and stir it continuously on low flame till it become light pink. 
6. Add cardamom powder in it and mix it properly till it remove the pan. 
7. Turn off the stove. Take a plate, grease it by applying ghee and transfer banana burfi to plate.
8. Garnish it with chopped dry fruits and Put it aside for 30 minutes.
9. Now, cut it into proper shape (as per your choice).

Tips: 
1. You can use any kind of dry-fruits in it. 
2. You can adjust sugar as per your taste.

recipe of badam milk

Badam milk
Badam milk or almond milk is very tasty and healthy milk specially for children. You can also add kesar (saffron) in it. So, it become kesar badam milk or saffron almond milk. Badam milk is very delicious and yummy flavored. You can serve badam milk at the morning or at teatime. 

Ingredients:
1. 15 - 20 almond (badam)
2. 500 ml milk
3. 2 tbsp sugar
4. pinch cardamom powder
5. Saffron (as per your choice)

Recipe:
1. Soak almond (badam) into water for 2 - 3  hours. After 2 - 3 hours, remove the skin of almonds.
2. Take a mixer bowl, add almond in it and make a pest of it.
3. Take a pan and put it on low flame, add milk and sugar in it, mix it properly.
4. Now, add almond pest to the milk and mix it properly on low flame.
5. Now, add saffron and cardamom powder in it and mix it. 
6. Badam milk is ready to serve. Garnish with saffron, almond and pinch of cardamom powder.

Tip: You can also add chocolate syrup in it. So, it become choco badam milk. Its too much yummy and children also like it so much.

Mango burfi is really very nice sweet dish. Mango burfi gives delicious flavor and taste of ripe mango. You can also do it at your home. Mango burfi recipe is very easy. I don't like sweet dishes but i really like mango burfi because of mango's flavor and taste. 

Yesterday i was do it at my home and trust me its really very yummy. My mom and dad like it so much. Here, you can change sugar quantity as per your taste. Oh yes, you can store it in a refrigerator for a week.

Ingredients:
1. 500 gms juice of ripe mango
2. 200 gms grated sugarless pulp from milk (Molo mavo)
3. 2 cup sugar
4. 10 - 12 almond chopped
5. 10 - 12 cashewnuts chopped
6. 1 tbsp ghee

Recipe:
1. Take a non - stick pan, add mango juice and sugar in it and stir it continuously on medium flame.
2. When mango juice become semi thick then add sugar less pulp (molo mavo) in it and stir it continuously on low flame.
3. When its become thick and seperate from the pan then turn off the stove.
4. Take a plate, grease it by using ghee and transfer the mango burfi mixer to plate.
5. Spread it over the plate and sprinkle chopped dryfuits on it and put it aside for 30 minutes.
6. Now, cut it into diamond shape by using cutter.
7. Put it in a refrigerator for chill it. 
8. Now, its ready to serve and impress your guest.

Tips: 
1. You can also sprinkle dry coconut powder on it.
2. You can also apply silvar varakh on it.
3. You can also add dry coconut powder in it.

Kaju katli is one type of sweet dish. Kaju katli is an Indian traditional sweet. Generally, serve at marriage or any types of functions / festivals. In kaju katli, cashew powder and sugar powder is mainly used. Kaju katli is very easy sweet dish. Its made by use of simple ingredients easily available at your home. Here, silvar varakh is optional. Now, celebrate all festivals with sweet kaju katli at your sweet home.

Ingredients:
1. 200 gms cashew nuts powder
2. 160 gms sugar Powder
3. 1 cup milk powder (100 gms)
4. 1/2 cup water
5. 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

Recipe:
1. Take a double boiler, heat water in a bottom boiler. 
2. Now, on the top boiler add sugar powder and milk powder and stir it continuously for 5 minutes or it become warm and turn off the stove.
3. Now, Take a bowl of cashew nuts powder, add warm sugar and milk powder in it. Also, add cardamom powder in it and mix it properly by using your hand.
4. Now, use little little warm water and make a dough of it.
5. Now, grease hands and rolling pan for easy movement of dough.
6. Roll out the dough to the desired thickness. 
7. Apply varakh on it. It gives very delicious and rich look to your sweet kaju katli. (Its optional.)
8. Now, cut the dough into diamond shape by using cutter. 
9. Now, Put it to refrigerator for 30 - 40 minutes to set it.
