recipe of chinese samosa

Chinese samosa is very tangy flavored snack. At rainy days, we want to eat something hot, spicy, tangy flavored snack. I think Chinese samosa with tomato ketchup is the best option for enjoy rainy season. New generation also love Chinese food. so its a version of Chinese food. They really like it so much. chinese samosa become spicy tangy because of soya sauce, chili sauce, capsicum.

Ingredients for stuffing:
1. 1 cup boiled noodles
2. 1/2 cup carrot 
3. 1/2 cup cabbage
4. 1/2 cup capsicum
5. 1/2 cup onion 
6. 2 teaspoon soya sauce
7. 1 teaspoon chili sauce
8. Pinch ajinomoto
9. Salt (taste wise)
10. 2 tbsp oil
11 Oil (for deep fry)
12. 1 cup tomato ketchup (for serve)

Ingredients for Dough
1. 1 cup maida (plain flour)
2. Salt (taste wise)
3. 2 tbsp warm oil
4. 1 glass of Water

Recipe for Dough:
1. Take a thick bowl, add maida, salt,  warm oil in it. Mix it properly.
2. Now, add little little water in it and make hard dough.
3. Cover the dough with the help of muslin cloth and put aside for 10 - 15 minutes.

Recipe for stuffing:
1. Take a pan, Heat 2 tbsp oil in it. 
2. Add onion, capsicum in it and saute it for 1 minutes.
3. Add carrot, cabbage, ajinomoto, and salt in it and saute it for 3 - 4 minutes on medium flame.
4. Add noodles, soya sauce, chili sauce in it and saute it for 1 minute. 
5. Now, transfer it to a plate and keep a side for chill it.

Recipe for Chinese samosa:
1. Take a dough and mash it properly till it become semi soft.
2. Divide the dough into 10 - 15 equal portion.
3. Take a portion and roll out small circle of 6" to 7" diameters from it. 
4. Cut a circle into equal 2 part
5. Now, take a help of water for join the edges of each semi circle and give a corn shape to it.
6. Now, add 1 - 2 tsp of Chinese stuffing in it and seal remaining edge by applying water.
7. Repeat the same procedure for the remaining dough.
8. Now, heat oil in a thick pan, and add cones in it and fry it on low flame till it become light pink then transfer it on a medium flame and fry it for 4 - 5 minutes or it become light brown on both the sides.
9. Transfer it to a butter pepper on a plate and ready to serve with tomato ketchup or grape chutney.

recipe of chilli paneer

Chili paneer is very simple and easy recipe of paneer. Chili paneer having a spicy flavor. Chili paneer is one of the most popular starter in Indian Restaurants. In this dish, paneer cubes are coated by thick better of cornflour and just fried it in a heat oil. Then it made with spicy chilies and spicy masala. You can serve it in party time.

Ingredients:
1. 15 - 20 cubes of Paneer
2. 2 tbsp Cornflour
3. 1 tbsp Ginger Garlic pest
4. 1 Green chili chopped
5. 1 medium sized onion (chopped cubes)
6. 1 capsicum (chopped cubes)
7. 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
8. Oil (for deep fry)
9.  Salt (taste wise)
10. 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
11. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
12. 1 tbsp soya sauce
13. 1 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
14. 1 tbsp tomato sauce
15. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
16. Pinch black pepper powder
17. 1 glass of water

Recipe:
1. Heat oil in a pan for deep fry the paneer cubes.
2. Take a bowl, add cornflour, salt, black pepper powder in it. Mix it properly and add little water in it.
3. Now, Roll out the cubes of paneer in cornflour pest and deep fry in a heat oil till edges starts to become golden brown. 
4. Now, Transfer fried paneer to kitchen paper in a plate.
5. Remaining cornflour add in a half cup of water. 
6. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan.
7. Add cumin seeds in it saute for few seconds and add ginger garlic pest in it. Again, saute it for few seconds.
8. Now, add green chili, capsicum and onion in it and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
9. Now, add fried paneer cubes in it and mix it.
10. Add salt, soya sauce, chili garlic sauce, tomato sauce, coriander powder, red chili powder in it and mix it properly.
11. Add cornflour pest in it. cook chili paneer till thickness of sauces properly cover chili paneer.
12. At garnish time add chopped coriander leaves.

Tip: You can use green spring onion at garnish time.

recipe of noodle sandwich

Noodles sandwich is very quick and easy dish. You can serve it at breakfast time or tea time. Younger really love noodles and they can also make this sandwich.

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup cook noodles
2. 1 packet of bread
3. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
4. 1 tbsp green chutney
5. 1/2 cup spicy peanuts
6. 1 tbsp butter
7. 1 tbsp mix fruit jam (you can take any flavor of jam)

Ingredients for cook noodles:
1. 1 cup noodles
2. 1 teaspoon red chili powder
3. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
4.  Noodles masala
5. Salt (taste wise)
6. 2 cup water

Recipe for cook noodles:
1. Heat 2 cup water in a pan, add red chili powder, coriander powder, salt and noodles masala in it and heat for few seconds.
2. Add noodles in it and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. (Note: no need overcook it.)

Tip: you can also add vegetables in it as per your choice.

Recipe for sandwich:
1. Take a bread, apply fruit jam on one side of bread. 
2. Now, add cook noodles on bread.
3. Now, sprinkle spicy peanuts on noodles. 
4. Now, cover it with another slice of bread.
5. Heat butter in tawa, back sandwich (both sides) for 1 minute or till it become light pink
6. Repeat whole process for remaining bread.
7. Serve with green chutney, tomato ketchup, and spicy peanuts.

recipe of veg hakka noodles

Hakka noodles is a very special, delicious, and very hot favorite Chinese food. Now - a -days, fast food becomes hot favorite for the younger. We know that majority people really like to eat fast food and very crazy for fast food. We also know that its really harmful for human body but then also we love it because of its smoky, tangy - spicy and delicious flavor. You can serve it with tomato ketchup.

Ingredients:
1. 1 and 1/2 cup boiled noodles
2. 1/2 cup cabbage
3. 1 carrot
4. 1 capsicum
5. 2 onion
6. 1 teaspoon soya sauce
7. 2 teaspoon red chili sauce
8. 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
9. 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
10. Olive oil
11. Water
12. Salt (taste wise)
13. Green spring onion chopped (For garnish)

Recipe for boil noodles:
1. Heat 3 - 4 cup water in a pan, add pinch salt and 1 teaspoon oil in it.
2. Now, add noodles half packet of noodles in it and boil in a heat water for 4 - 5 minutes. (Note: No need to over cook it)
3. Now, turn off stove and drain water and wash boiled noodles with the help of cold water for remove starch.

Recipe for veg hakka noodles:
1. Cut all vegetables (onion,cabbage,carrot,capsicum) into thin strips.
2. Heat oil in a thick pan, add onion and saute for 2 minutes.
3. Now, add carrot, cabbage, and capsicum and mix it properly. Again, saute for 2 minutes.
4. Turn on at high flame, add noodles, soya sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, pepper powder, salt and mix it properly. Again, saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
5. Turn off stove and garnish it with chopped green spring onion.

Chinese idli
I really love Chinese food because of its crunchy taste. Chines food make quickly with regular ingredient. Traditional south Indian idli with a twist of Chinese taste. Serve as a snack or starter in a kitty party. Its taste is very delicious with soya sauce and tomato sauce! Veg Manchurian is also chines food and also you can serve as a starter in a party. Here I already post veg manchurian recipe with its gravy.

Ingredients:
1. 5 idlies
2. 1/2 capsicum slice
3. 1/2 carrot slice
4. 1 onion slice
5. 1 tomato slice
6. 1/4 cabbage slice
7. 3 beans
8. ½ tea spoon Black paper powder
9. 1 tbps Tomato sauce
10. 1 tbps Soya sauce
11. ½ tea spoon Garam masala powder
12. 1 tea spoon Corriander powder
13. Salt (test wise)
14. 2 tsps oil

Recipe:
1. Cut the vegetables in long thin slices.
2. Heat a non - stick pan and add 1 tbps of oil.
3. Add onion first and saute for few mints in low flame.
4. Increase the flame and keep in high flame and add capsicum and saute continuously for few mints.
5. Add carrot, cabbage and beans and saute continuously for few mints. 
6. Now add tomato sauce, soya sauce, garam masala, corriander powder and salt.
7. Mix well and saute for few mins.
8. Now, Cut the idlies into medium size of pieces and add into the kadai and saute for few mints.
9. Now, Transfer this mixture to a plate and serve with chips or salad.

Tip: You can use cheese, tomato ketchup and chopped green spring onions for garnish your Chinese idli.

recipes of manchurian

Manchurian is popular and favorable Chinese dish. This is really easy to make and test wise very yummy and delicious. When you eat these deep fried vegetable balls in a soya sauce based gravy…aaahhhh….. yummmyyyyyyyyy… Just dig into these deep fried delights and enjoy!

Oh yes…. We can also use Manchurian Dry as a starter to serve in party with green pest made from chillies – garlic – ginger and coriander leaves.

Ingredients:

1.     2 cups finely chopped capsicum, cabbage, carrot, beans and spring onion (whites)
2.     2 tbsps maida
3.     2 tbsps cornflour
4.     1 tbsp ginger-garlic-green chilli paste
5.     1/4 tsp soya sauce
6.     1/2 tsp black pepper powder
7.     warm water as required (less than 1/2 cup is needed)
8.     salt to taste
9.     Oil for deep frying

Ingredients for Gravy:

1.     1/4 cup spring onions finely chopped
2.     2 finely chopped green chillis
3.     1 ½  tbsps finely crushed garlic
4.     1/2 tbsp finely crushed ginger
5.     1/2 tsp red chilli powder 
6.     2 tsps soya sauce
7.     1/2 tbsp chilli sauce
8.     2 tsps vinegar
9.     2 tbsps tomato sauce
10.  1 tsp brown sugar
11.   salt as required
12.   1 tbsp oil
13.   2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves

Recipe for Dry Manchurian:

1.  Heat oil for deep frying in a heavy bottomed vessel.
2. In a bowl, combine maida, cornflour, salt, ginger-garlic-green chilli paste, pepper pwdr, soya sauce, salt and all the finely chopped vegetables. Sprinkle little water to make a thick mixture. Add water little by little and use only as much water as required to form small balls. You should be able to make small balls.
3. Carefully put each ball into the hot oil. Reduce flame and deep fry the vegetable balls till cooked. Increase the flame towards the end of the cooking process and fry till they turn golden brown. Remove onto butter paper or plate and keep aside.
4.   Heat oil in a large wok and once the oil is piping hot, add the chopped garlic and stir fry for a few seconds. Add the green chillis and ginger and stir fry on high for a few seconds.
5.    Add the spring onions and stir fry on high for 2 mints, constantly tossing them.
6.   Add the vegetable balls and stir fry for another 3 mints. They should retain their crunch. Reduce to medium heat and add the brown sugar, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and vinegar. Mix well and cook for 2 mints. Add 3-4 tbsp of water and cook for 2 mints.
7.   Toss on high flame for 1-2 mints. Turn off heat. Garnish with the chopped spring onion or coriander leaves.

Recipe for Gravy:

1.     Mix a tbsp of cornflour in a little water. Keep aside.
2.   After following step 5 above, add 1 1/2 cups water and bring to a boil. Reduce to medium heat and add the brown sugar, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and vinegar.
3.    Add the cornflour water slowly and keep stirring till it takes a thick gravy like consistency. Cook for 1-2 mints. Turn off heat.
4.   Add the balls to the gravy at the time of serving. Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and/or coriander leaves.
