Cheese veg sandwich is very healthy snack. Here, i used tomatoes, onions, potatoes, cucumber and beetroot. You can use any kind of vegetables like carrot, cucumber, tomato, potato, onions, beetroot, cabbage, capsicum etc. 

Ingredients:
1. 1 packet of bread
2. 1 cup grated cheese
3. 1 cup green chutney
4. 2 tomatos (slice cut)
5. 2 onions (slice cut)
6. 1 cucumber (slice cut)
7. 1 beetroot (slice cut)
8. 2 boiled potatoes (remove skin and slice cut it)
9. 1 tbsp butter
10. 1 tspn black pepper powder
11. 1 tbsp chat masala
12. 1 cup tomato ketchup

Recipe:
1. Take a slice of bread, apply butter on one side of bread. 
2. Now, apply green chutney on it.
3. Heat non stick pan by applying butter on it.
4. Put bread on pan on low flame.
5. Now, arrange all vegetables on bread.

6. Now, sprinkle chat masala and black pepper powder on it. 
7. Sprinkle grated cheese on it and cover it by another slice of bread. 
8. Bake sandwich both sides by applying butter on it.
9. Serve hot hot cheese veg sandwich with tomato ketchup.

Cheesy corn bread pakora is a special teatime snack for rainy days. Now - a - days, cheese and sweet corn favorable for the younger. Cheesy corn bread pakora is delicious snack. When we takes a bite of pakora it gives delicious flavor of melted cheese and corn. Its really yummy with tomato ketchup.

Ingredients for stuffing:
1. 1 packet of bread
2. 1 cup cheese spread
3. 1 cup boiled corn (salted)
4. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
5. 1 teaspoon chili flakes
6. Oil (for deep fry)
7. 1 teaspoon chat masala (for garnish)
8. 1 cup tomato ketchup (for serving)


Ingredients for Gram flour better:
1. 1 cup gram flour
2. 1 teaspoon red chili powder
3. 1 lemon juice
4. Pinch soda - by - carbohydrate / khava no soda
5. Salt (taste wise)
6. Water as per requirement


Recipe for stuffing:
1. Take a bowl, add boiled corn and cheese spread in it.
2. Add black pepper and chili flakes in it and mix it properly. Put it asides for few seconds.

Recipe for better:
1. Take a bowl, add gram flour, salt, red chili powder, lemon juice, soda by carbohydrate and water in it, stir it continuous and make a semi smooth better.

Recipe:
1. Take a slice of bread, apply cheesy corn stuffing on the half part of bread.
2. Cover it properly by remaining part of bread.
3. Heat oil for deep fry bread pakora.
4. Take a bowl of gram flour better.
5. Now, Dip cheesy corn bread in it and cover it properly by use of gram flour better.
6. Now, fry pakora in a hot oil on medium flame till it become light brown.
7. Transfer it to a tissue paper on a plate and sprinkle chat masala on it.
8. Serve hot hot cheesy corn bread pakora with tomato ketchup.

Homemade cheese garlic bread is really very tasty snack. In my family, my big brother really love cheesy garlic bread. So many times i made it at my home. Cheese garlic bread is really very easy to make. You can serve it with tomato ketchup or green chutney. You can also sprinkle parsley on it for delicious looks and flavors. 

Ingredients:
1. 1 French bread loaf
2. 1 tbsp butter
3. 1 teaspoon garlic pest
4. 2 teaspoon olive oil
5. 1 cup grated cheese (as per your taste)
6. Salt (as per taste)
7. 1 teaspoon chili flakes
8. pinch black pepper powder

Recipe:
1. Cut the french bread loaf of 1 inch slice.
2. Take a bowl, add butter, olive oil, salt, garlic pest and black pepper in it. Now, mix it properly and apply this mixture on each slice of french bread.
3. Now, sprinkle cheese and chili flakes on each slice of bread.
4. Preheat the oven 350 degrees and put the breads in the tray and back it till it become crispy.
5. Serve it with tomato ketchup.

Tip: You can also sprinkle oregano and parsley on it.

Lachchhu na Pav gathiya is very hot favorite dish at bhavnagar. Pav gathiya is really very easy to make. Pav gathiya is really very tasty, delicious, tangy and spicy flavored dish. Generally, used tamarind - onion flavored chutney in it. Just because of this chutney, pav gathiya become famous. 

Ingredients:
1. 1 packet of small sizes of bread
2. 1 packet of spicy gathiya (Thick size)
3. 100 gms tamarind / imli (soak in 3 glass of water)
4. 4 - 5 medium size grated onion 
5. 1 tbsp red chili powder
6. 3 teaspoon coriander powder
7. Salt (taste wise)

Recipe:
1. Take a bowl, properly mash imli / tamarind in a 3 glass of water. After it, pass out tamarind water through out sieve for remove hard skin and seeds of tamarind.
2. Now, add grated onion on tamarind flavored water.
3. Now, add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder in it and mix it properly.
4. Now, put it in a integrator for 2 - 3 hrs for chill it. 
5. At serve time, Take a plate and arrange bread on it.
6. Now, add spicy gathiya on the top of bread.
7. At last, add tamarind - onion flavored chutney and serve it.

Dabeli
Dabeli is very testy, yummy, spicy, tangy and delicious street food. Dabeli is very simple and very easy to cook. Dabeli become spicy beacuse of green chutney. Dabeli becomes delicious because of pomegranate fruit. You can serve it at tea time or at party time.

Ingredients:
1. 4 dabeli bread (pavbhaji vala bread)
2. 4 medium size boiled potato (Remove skin and mash it)
3. 1 medium size onion (Finely Chopped)
4. 1 tbsp green chutney
5. 1 tbsp sev
6. 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
7. 1 tbsp spicy peanuts
8. 1 cup sweet chutney
9. Oil and Butter
10. Salt (taste wise)
11. 2 teaspoon red chili powder
12. 1 teaspoon garam masala
13. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
14. 1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)

Recipe for Stuffing:
1. Take little water, add red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt in it and mix it properly.
2. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add onion in it and saute for 1 minutemash potato and masala flavored water in it and stir it continuously for 3 - 4 minutes.
3. Remove from the flame, add coriander leaves in it and transfer it to a plate.

Recipe for Dabeli:
1. Take a bread and cut it from two sides. (Note: Join it at the remaining 2 ends of bread)
2. Now, Apply green chutney on one side of bread.
3. Now, spread potato onion stuffing on it.
4. Now, sprinkle pomegranate seeds, spicy peanuts and sev on it.
5. Heat butter in a tava, backed bread on both sides for 2 - 3 minutes.
6. Serve it with sweet chutney and green chutney. 

Tip: 
1. You can spread cheese over it.
2. You can use grapes also.

Fruit sandwich is really very healthy dish. You can also add any types of fruit as per your choice. Its really very yummy and delicious. You can serve this with tomato ketchup or cheese dip.

Ingredients:
1. 1 packet of bread
2. 1/2 cup of kivi slice
3. 1/2 cup of strawberry slice
4. 1/2 cup of banana slice
5. 1 tbsp butter
6. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
7. 1 tbsp green chutney
8. 1 teaspoon chat masala
9. 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds

Recipe:
1. Take a bowl, add green chutney, chat masala and add all fruit slices in it and mix it properly.
2. Take a bread slice, Apply tomato ketchup on one side of it.
3. Now, spread fruits stuffing on it.
4. Now, spread pomegranate seeds on stuffing and cover with another slice of bread.
5. Heat butter on tawa, and back sandwich (both sides) for 1 - 2 minutes.
6. Serve with tomato ketchup or cheese dip.

Tip: You can also spread cheese on it.

Noodles sandwch
Noodles sandwich is very quick and easy dish. You can serve it at breakfast time or tea time. Younger really love noodles and they can also make this sandwich.

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup cook noodles
2. 1 packet of bread
3. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
4. 1 tbsp green chutney
5. 1/2 cup spicy peanuts
6. 1 tbsp butter
7. 1 tbsp mix fruit jam (you can take any flavor of jam)

Ingredients for cook noodles:
1. 1 cup noodles
2. 1 teaspoon red chili powder
3. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
4.  Noodles masala
5. Salt (taste wise)
6. 2 cup water

Recipe for cook noodles:
1. Heat 2 cup water in a pan, add red chili powder, coriander powder, salt and noodles masala in it and heat for few seconds.
2. Add noodles in it and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. (Note: no need overcook it.)

Tip: you can also add vegetables in it as per your choice.

Recipe for sandwich:
1. Take a bread, apply fruit jam on one side of bread. 
2. Now, add cook noodles on bread.
3. Now, sprinkle spicy peanuts on noodles. 
4. Now, cover it with another slice of bread.
5. Heat butter in tawa, back sandwich (both sides) for 1 minute or till it become light pink
6. Repeat whole process for remaining bread.
7. Serve with green chutney, tomato ketchup, and spicy peanuts.

Carrot bread rolls is very healthy breakfast dish. Carrot contain vitamin A in it its really very good vegetable for eyes. Also very energetic vegetable. You can also serve this dish at tea time. Its very favorite dish specially by children.Its very easy and quick dish.

Ingredients:
1. 1 packet slice bread
2. 1 cup grated carrot (remove water from it)
3. 1 cup spread cheese
4. 1 - 2 chopped green chili 
5. 1 tbps butter
6. 1 tbps tomato ketchup
7. 1 tbps green paste (green chili, ginger and garlic)
8. 1/2 teaspoon black paper powder

Recipe:
1. Take a bowl, add carrot and green chili,tomato ketchup, black paper powder and cheese spread in it.
2. Mix it properly.
3. Take a bread slice and apply butter on it. 
4. Now spread carrot stuffing on it and roll bread properly.
5. Repeat whole process for remaining bread.
6. Serve it with tomato ketchup and green chutney.

Tip: 
1. You can also backed it. 
2. You can also sprinkle chat masala on it.

A homemade hot dog is a fully cooked sausage, traditionally grilled. Typically, served in a sliced bun. As a corn dog dipped in corn batter and deep fried. It is often garnished with mustard, ketchup, onions, relish, mayonnaise, cheese, and chili.
Here, I am just trying to give Indian touch with Indian flavor to the "hot dog". 

Ingredients:
1. 4 hot dog breads/bun
2. 3 boiled and mashed potato
3. 2 tbsps tomato ketchup
4. 1 onion finally chopped
5. 1 capsicum finally chopped
6. 1 tomato finally chopped
7. 1 cube processed cheese (grated)
8. 1 tbsps boiled and mashed corn
9. Salt (test wise)
10. Butter

Recipe:
1. Cut and open the breads length wise.
2. If you want to feel stuffing into the bread, then scoop out the center part from only one sides.
3. Take a thick pan, add butter and also add tomato, onion, and capsicum and saute for few seconds.
4. Now, add potato, boiled corn and salt into it, mix properly and saute for 2 -3 minutes. (Tip: you can also add chili flakes for spicy test.)
5. Now, our stuffing is ready and put asides.
6. Take bread, apply tomato ketchup on the scoop out part of the bread/bun.
7. Take the stuffing and fill it into the scooped breads.
8. Now, spread cheese on the stuffing. (It gives delicious and yummy flavor.)
9. Now, close the bread/bun tightly.
10. Take a non-stick pan, apply butter on it and also apply butter on the outer sides of the breads and roast it or back it (both sides) for few minutes.

Tip: you can also use oven for back your bread. For that, apply butter and allow it 200 degree Fahrenheit in a preheated oven for 8-10 minutes.

recipes of pav bhaji

A hurried dinner for the people in the street.This is truly an innovation that arose out of the necessity of providing a nice and very testy hot meal in a hurry. When, I am tired and lazy to cook an entire dinner for my family. At that time, pav bhaji is instantly comes to in my mind. It is easy to cook and also very delicious test with great flavor. Pav bhaji is the most popular and favorite dinner made by the mixture of various vegetables are boiled, mashed and cooked with a spicy masala and served with butter fried pav.

Ingredients:
1.                 4 medium Potatoes boiled and mashed      
2.                 4 medium Tomatoes chopped
3.                 2 medium  Onions chopped   
4.                 1 medium Green capsicum chopped
5.                 1/4 small Cauliflower grated  
6.                 1/4 cup Green peas shield
7.                 10-12 Garlic
8.                 3-4 Green chilies chopped      
9.                 1 piece Ginger chopped
10.            1/4 cup Fresh coriander leaves chopped
11.            3 Lemons cut into wedges
12.            3 tablespoons  Oil
13.            3 tablespoons Butter
14.            1 1/2 tablespoons Pav bhaji masala 
15.            Salt to taste
16.            8 piece Pav

Recipe:

1.   Boil green peas in salted water till soft, mash lightly and set aside.
2.   Grind green chillies, ginger and garlic to a fine paste.
3.   Heat oil in a pan and add ¾ quantities of onions and saute till light brown.
4.   Add green chilies, ginger-garlic paste and stir-fry for 1/2 mint.
5.  Add 1/2 the quantity of tomatoes and cook on medium heat for 3 - 4 mints and stirring continuously or till oil separates from the masala.
6.   Add capsicum, mashed peas, cauliflower, potatoes and 1 ½  cups of water.
7.   Bring it to a boil and simmer for 10 mints, pressing with back of the spoon for a few seconds or till all the vegetables are completely mashed.
8.   Add Pavbhaji Masala, salt and remaining tomatoes.
9.   Cook on medium heat for 2 mints and stirring continuously.

Recipe for crispy pav:

1.     Heat half of the butter in a thick-bottomed pan or a tawa.
2.     Slice pav horizontally into two part and pan fry in butter for ½  a mint, pressing    2 or 3 times or till pav is crisp and light brown.

Now, Garnish the bhaji with chopped coriander leaves, remaining butter and serve hot with pav accompanied with remaining chopped onion and lemon wedges. 

Note: you can also use cheese for garnish the bhaji with delicious test.
