recipe of green apple ice cream

Homemade Green apple ice cream is creamy, sweet, yummy and delicious cooling flavored. Green apples are a good source of vitamin c. Green apples doesn't contain cholesterol. So, it helps you to maintain your calories. Green Apple also prevent skin disease.
Green apple ice cream specially dedicated to my facebook friend " Sabana Amin ". I hope all of you also like it so much and try it at your home.... Its really easy to make by using simple ingredients easily available at home.


Ingredients:
1. 500 ml milk
2. 2 tbsp cornflour
3. 5 tbsp sugar (Add more for sweet taste)
4. 3 tbsp cream
5. 2 cup fresh green apple
6. 1 tbsp dry fruits (cashew nuts, almond, kismis, pista)
7. Pinch green food color (optional)


Recipe:
1. Take a bowl of green apple, wash it and chopped it by removing seeds. Now, blend it properly and make a crush or pest of it. 
2. Take a non stick pan, add 450 ml milk and sugar in it and stir it continuously for 5 - 7 minutes on medium flame.
3. Now, take a small bowl, add remaining 50 ml milk in it, add green food color and corn flour in it. Mix it properly.
4. Once the milk is boiled properly then add cornflour milk in it and stir it continuously on low flame.
5. Remove pan from the stove and add green apple crush in it and put it aside for chill it at room temperature.
6. Now, transfer the mixture into airtight container and put it in refrigerator for set solid form of it or put it for 3 - 4 hrs.
7. After 3 - 4 hrs, blend solid ice cream with the help of blender till it become smooth paste.
8. Now, add cream and again blend it properly.
9. At last, add dry fruits in it and lightly mix it with the help of spoon.
10. Now, transfer it into air tight container bowl and put it to refrigerator for 7 - 8 hrs.

Tip: Your delicious green apple ice cream is ready to serve with mint leaves or with the slice of green apple with chopped green chocolates jelly.

Homemade Jamun ice cream is look yummy, delicious because of its natural color. At monsoon, cool cool day we want to eat something delicious. Its so easy recipe and made it by simple ingredients easily available at your home.

Ingredients:
1. 500 ml milk

6. 1 tbsp dry fruits (cashew nuts, almond, walnuts, kismis, pista)

recipe of musk melon ice cream

Musk melon ice cream (cantaloupe ice cream) is very yummy and delicious ice cream. Cantaloupe ice cream provide very nice cooling effects. Here, i represent very easy and quick recipe for preparing kharbuja / musk melon / cantaloupe ice cream.

Ingredients:
1. 1 average size ripe musk melon
2. 500 ml milk
3. 2 tbsp cornflour
4. 6 tbsp sugar (Add more for sweet taste)
5. 2 drop vanilla essence
6. Pinch Orange food color
7. 3 tbsp cream
8. 1 tbsp dry fruits (cashew nuts, almond, walnuts, kismis, pista)

Recipe:
1. Take a musk melon, remove skin, seeds and chopped it. Then, blend it with the help of blender till it become smooth puree.
2. Take a non stick pan, add 450 ml milk and sugar in it and stir it continuously for 5 - 7 minutes on medium flame.
3. Now, take a small bowl, add remaining 50 ml milk in it, add food color and corn flour in it. Mix it properly.
4. Once the milk is boiled properly then add cornflour milk in it and stir it continuously on low flame.
5. Now, add 2 drops of vanilla essence in it and mix it properly (its optional) and turn off the stove.
6. Remove pan from the stove and put it aside for chill it at room temperature.
7. Now, transfer the mixture into airtight container and put it in refrigerator for set it semi solid form or put it for 3 - 4 hrs.
8. After 3 - 4 hrs, blend semi solid ice cream till it become smooth paste.
9. Now, add cream and kharbuja / musk melon paste in it and again blend it properly.
10. At last, add dry fruits in it and lightly mix it with the help of spoon.
11. Now, transfer it into air tight container bowl and put it to refrigerator for 7 - 8 hrs.
12. Your delicious cantaloupe ice cream is ready serve it with mint leaves (optional).

recipe of watermelon ice cream

Water melon is good for achieving healthy weight loss.It has a cooling effect and helps reduce body heat. Fruits are very effective in boosting overall immunity and providing energy for performing day-to-day activities. Regular consumption of melon is an excellent remedy to prevent as well as treat acne problems.

Ingredients:
1. 2 cup watermelon (seeds less)
2. 6 tbps sugar
3. 1/2 cup milk
4. 1 cup heavy cream
5. 1/2 cup chocolate chips
6. 1/2 teaspoon black paper powder (optional)

Recipe:
1. Take a bowl, add watermelon, sugar, black paper powder and milk and blend it till it become smooth juice.
2. Now, beat (whip) the cream properly and mix with watermelon juice.
3. Add chocolate chips in it. (Its look like seeds of watermelon.)
4. Store in an airtight container and put in refrigerator for chill it for an additional 2 - 4 hours.

Tip:
1. You can add brown sugar in it.
2. You can add kivi fruit or cashewnuts or anjir in it.

recipe of chocolate ice cream

Dark chocolate is good for the heart. A small bar of it every day can help keep your heart and cardiovascular system running well. A small bar of dark chocolate everyday can reduce blood pressure in individuals with high blood pressure. Dark chocolate has also been shown to reduce LDL cholesterol (the bad cholesterol).

Ingredients:
1. 2 chocolate bar (your choice)
2. 1 cup sweet condensed milk
3. 2 cups cream
4. 1 tbps brown sugar

Recipe:
1. Break the chocolate bar in to chunks and melt in a double boiler or in the microwave.
2. Once chocolate is completely melted, remove from heat, and mix in the sweet condensed milk and mix thoroughly. Now, put it aside.
3. In a separate bowl use blender to whip the cream until solid peaks form.
4. Now, take a bowl, add the brown sugar, whipped cream and chocolate mixture. Now, completely mix it with each other. 
5. Store in an airtight container and put in refrigerator for chill it for an additional two hours.

Strawberries are a great option as they are rich in vitamins and minerals, low in calories and widely available during the season. They are full of antioxidants. Strawberries are perfect for curbing cardiovascular disease, cancer, and delaying aging. Strawberries are packed with B2, B5, B6, vitamin K, and vitamin C. Strawberries are the perfect food to add to your diet as they are virtually fat-free.

Ingredients:
1. 1 box strawberries
2. 500 ml milk
3. 4 tablespoon sugar

4. 1 cups cream

Recipe:

1. Wash and trim the caps off the strawberries. Then cut strawberries into slices.

2. Puree 1/2 of the sliced strawberries in a blender and put it aside for set.
3. Take a thick pan, milk, and sugar (as per your taste) in it and heat until the sugar is completely dissolved and milk become thick.
4. Remove from the stove and transfer it to a large bowl. Add strawberry puree in it and mix well.
5. Now, transfer the mixture into airtight container and put it in refrigerator for for 2 - 3 hrs or put it for set solid form of it.
6. After 2 - 3 hrs, blend solid ice cream with the help of blender till it become smooth paste.
7. Now, add cream and again blend it properly.
8. At last, add dry fruits in it and lightly mix it with the help of spoon.
9. Now, transfer it to air tight container and put it to refrigerator for 7 - 8 hrs.
10. While it is chilling, chop it and garnish with the remaining sliced of strawberries on it.

Tip: If you don’t want to chop it then just garnish with strawberries slice and put into Freeze for an additional 1 hours.
