recipe of spinach green peas paratha

Spinach Green peas Paratha

Spinach mutter paratha or spinach green peas paratha is very tasty and healthy paratha. spinach paratha serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney. Hot and spicy spinach paratha also serve with raita


Ingredients:

1. 3 cup wheat flour
2. 1 cup boiled spinach
3. 1 cup boiled green peas
4. 100 gm grated paneer
5. 1 tbsp Green pest (green chili, ginger and garlic)
6. 1 lemon juice
7. 2 medium sized onion (finely chopped)
8. 1 teaspoon cumin seed
9. 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
10. 1 tbsp oil
11. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
12. 1 teaspoon garam masala
13. 2 teaspoon red chili powder
14. Salt (taste wise)
15. Butter / ghee (For saute paratha)
16. 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped

Recipe for Paratha Dough:

1. Take a mixture bowl, add boiled spinach and blend it till it become smooth pest. Transfer it to a bowl.
2. Take another bowl, add 2 cup wheat flour, salt in it and mix it properly. 
3. Now, add 3 teaspoon ghee in it again mix and mash it properly. 
4. Now, add spinach pest in it and make semi soft dough.

5. At last, cover this dough with the help of muslin cloth and put it aside for 15 minutes. (Note: If there is need of water then sprinkle it otherwise do not use it.)


Recipe for Stuffing:

1. Take a mixer bowl, add boiled green peas (drain excess water) and blend it. (Note: Just do half crush, no need pest) After, crush it transfer it to a plate.

2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a thick pan, add mustard seeds in it, when it crackle add cumin seeds in it and saute it for few seconds. 
3. Add onion in it and saute it for 1 - 2 minutes add green pest in it again saute it for 1 - 2 minutes.

4. Now, add salt, garam masala, red chili powder, coriander powder and lemon juice in it. mix it properly and saute for 2 - 3 minutes on medium flame.
5. Add half crush green peas in it mix it properly again saute it for 2 minutes. 
6. Now, Add grated paneer and coriander leaves, mix it and turn off the stove and transfer it to plate. (Paratha stuffing is ready.)

Recipe for Paratha:

1. Heat thick tawa and apply butter / ghee.

2. Take a paratha dough and mash it till it become soft dough. Now, divide it into 15 - 20 equal portion.
3. Take 1 portion and prepare small thin round roti with the help of dry plain flour. 
4. Now, put the stuffing on round and cover all surface and again round it properly.

5. Now, put it on a heat pan (tawa) and cook it both the sides by applying ghee / butter on it till it become light brown color on both sides.

6. Repeat whole process for the remaining dough.
7. Serve it with tomato ketchup, green chutney or aloo raita.
8. At garnish time cut paratha in proper shape and put green onion or coriander leaves on it.

Tip: You can also spread grated cheese on the top of stuffing.

recipe of chinese stuffed paratha

Chinese Stuffed Paratha
Chinese cheesy stuffed paratha is a very healthy and delicious dish. It cover carrot, cabbage, broccoli, and butter in it. Its totally new chinese fusion with Indian touch. You can use this dish to serve at breakfast time or dinner time also at party time. You can serve it with aloo raita or tomato ketchup or cheese dip.

Ingredients for Dough:
1. 1 cup (plain) maida flour
2. 1 cup wheat flour
3. 2 tbps curd (dahi)
4. salt (taste wise)
5. 1 tbps ghee/oil
6. water (for prepare dough)

Ingredients for Stuffing:
1. 1tbps cabbage (finely chopped)
2. 1 tbps carrot (finely chopped)
3. 1 tbps capsicum (finely chopped)
4. 1 tbps broccoli (finely chopped)
5. 1 tbps onion (finely chopped)
6. 1 - 2 tbps butter/oil
7. Salt (taste wise)
8. 1 teaspoon soya sauce
9. 1 teaspoon chili sauce
10. 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
11. 1 teaspoon sugar
12. Pinch aajinomoto
13. 1 cup boiled noddles (optional)

Other Ingredients:
1. 1/2 cup dry (Plain) maida flour
2. Ghee for cooking
3. Green onion or coriander leaves

Recipe for Dough:
1. Take a bowl, add maida (Plain) flour and wheat flour and mix well.
2. Add salt and ghee in it and mix properly.
3. Now, add curd (dahi) and mix it properly. If there is necessary of water then just use it for preparing semi soft Paratha dough.
4. Now, cover this dough with a muslin cloth and keep aside for 10 - 15 minutes.

Recipe for Stuffing:
1. Take non-stick/thick pan, heat butter/oil and add onion, capsicum, cabbage, carrot and broccoli in it and mix it properly and saute for few minutes.
2. Add salt and aajinomoto in it and mix it and saute for 1 - 2 minutes.
3. Add soya sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup and sugar in it. Again mix it properly and cook until all vegetables are done.
4. Now, add boiled noddles in it and saute for 1 - 2 minutes.
5. Turn - off the stove and remove vegetables on a plate.

Recipe for Paratha:
1. Heat a non-stick pan (Tawa). 
2. Take a dough and press / massage it till become smooth/soft and divide it into 15 - 20 equal portion.
3. Take 1 portion and prepare small thin round roti with the help of dry plain flour. Put it aside and take 2 portion and repeat it.
4. Now, spread the stuffing on one round and cover it with other round and seal it properly. 
5. Now, put it on a heat pan (tawa) and cook it both the sides by applying ghee / butter on it till it become light brown color on both sides.
6. Repeat for the remaining dough.
7. Serve it with tomato ketchup, green chutney (green chili, ginger and garlic paste) or aloo raita.
8. At garnish time cut paratha in proper shape and put green onion or coriander leaves on it.

Tip: You can also spread grated cheese on the top of stuffing.
