recipe of chana bhajiya

Chana Bhajiya
Chana bhajiya / Gram Fritters is an innovative snacks. Chana bhajiya is an innovative version of Shing bhajiya. Chana bhajiya is made from corn flour and maida (plain) flour. Its also a spicy snack. You can serve it with tomato ketchup. 

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup kabuli chana 
2. 1 tbsp cornflour
3. 1/2 tbsp maida (plain) flour
4. Salt (taste wise)
5. 2 teaspoon Red chili powder
6. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
7. 1 teaspoon garam masala
8. 2 teaspoon chat masala
9. 1/2 cup Water
10. Oil (for deep fry)

Recipe:
1. Kabuli chana soak into water for 4 - 5 hrs.
2. Now, Boiled kabuli chana by adding salt.

3. Take a bowl, add cornflour, plain flour, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and little water in it. Mix it properly and make a thick better of it. 
4. Add boiled kabuli chana in a thick better of cornflour and plain flour and mix it properly.

5. Heat oil in a pan. Add one by one kabuli chana in it and fry it till it become light brown color.

6. Transfer it to a plate and sprinkle chat masala on it.
7. Serve hot hot chana bhajiya with tomato ketchup.

recipe of lauki pakora

Lauki ke pakore
Bottle gourd (doodhi) ke pakode or Lauki ke kofte or lauki ke pakore or bottle gourd fritters is very delicious, crispy and yummy. Lauki ke pakode become more delicious when it serve with sweet chutney or green chutney or tomato ketchup. You can serve it at tea time snack. Generally, younger dislikes lauki, even i also don't like it but when i tried lauki ke pakore specially for my papa, trust me it become more delicious and even i also like it and love it to eat. 

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup Gram flour (Besan Flour / chana no lot)
2. 1/2 cup grated bottle gourd / lauki 
3. 2 medium sized tomato (finely chopped)
4. 2 medium sized onion (finely chopped)
5. 5 - 6 green chilies (finely chopped)
6. 1 lemon juice
7. 1 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
8. Salt (taste wise)
9. Oil for deep fry
10. chat masala (just sprinkle it)

Recipe:
1. Take a bowl, add tomato, onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt and grated lauki in it and mix it properly.
2. Add gram flour or besan flour in it and again mix it properly.
3. Put asides for 10 minutes.
4. Heat oil in a pan, 1 tbsp heat oil add in the mixture of pakoda and mix it properly.
5. Now, At medium flame put one by one pakode into heat oil for deep fry.
6. When it become light brown colored transfer it to tissue paper on plate. Sprinkle chat masala on it.
7. Serve hot - hot lauki ke pakore with sweet chutney or tomato ketchup.
