Beetroot cheese shakarpara / beetroot shakarpara is very healthy and yummy tea time snacks. Here, cheese is completely optional. If you don't want to add cheese in beetroot cheese shakarpara then just avoid it. Now - a days, people too much conscious about their health as well as their diet schedule.

I really like cheese because cheese contains great source of protein and calcium. It also helps you to reduce your body weight and for that you have to choose lower fat cheese. Cheese also contains nutrition like zinc it helps to protect your skin and growth of nails and hair health. If you choose full fat cheese then it contains full calories and also increase cholesterol level in your body and also it damages to your memory. In the market, many kinds of cheese are available. So, i always want to give an advice that you have to check all labels of cheese carefully without any hesitations and always prefer to purchase cheese that is low in sodium and low fat because cheese contains lots of sodium so it directly put bad effects on your blood pressure.

My friend is 33 years old and she is very tall but too much thin. So, she just want to take such kind of medicines for improve her body growth. Because of unfit body, she can't marry and always rejected by only this reason. She was completely frustrated because of her unfit body. One day, she tried to share her problem with me and told me I want to take visit of specialist doctor. We both were gone to hospital. After so many discussion, doctor conclude that I advice you to eat full fat cheese, butter, boiled gram, etc when you are too much hungry and no need to take any kind of medicines. Now, she is completely feet and very happy in her life.

I am just sharing one real story of my friend's life but it's not mean that cheese become beneficial for all humans. I just want to give an advice that no needs to eat cheese too much in a day. If you don't live without cheese so always remember to carefully read its all labels.

I really like to eat cheese that's why i used it in my beetroot cheese shakarpara but it’s totally optional. You can use or avoid it as per your choice. You can also make beetroot shakarpara. It's also give nice taste to your snacks.

Here, I was used juice of beetroot for made dough of shakarpara because I don't want to eat beetroot bites. So, i always prefer to make juice of it’s and make innovative and healthy recipes for my family members.
Even kids also love the taste of beetroot cheese shakarpara. This is one good source to eat beetroot by kids.

Ingredients:
1. 2 cup maida (plain flour)
2. 1 cup beetroot juice
3. 1 cup grated cheese
4. 2 tbsp ghee
5. Salt (as per taste)
6. Oil (for fry)
7. 2 teaspoon red chili powder (Optional)

Recipe:
1. Take a bowl, add maida, salt and red chili powder in it and mix it properly.

2. Add 2 tbsp ghee in it and again mash it and mix it properly.

3. Now, add grated cheese in it and mix it properly.

4. Take a juice of beetroot, add little little beetroot juice in maida, mix it and make a semi - hard dough.

5. Now, divide the dough into 6 - 7 large equal portions.

6. Now, take one by one portion of dough and roll out it till it become semi thin.

7. Now, cut it with the help of cutter or knife and try to give diamond shape to it.

8. Now, heat oil in a thick pan for fry shakarpara.
9. Add shakarpara in heated oil and fry it on medium flame till it become light pink.

10. Transfer it to a paper napkin and put it asides for 30 minutes.
11. Your beetroot cheese shakarpara is ready to serve. You can also store it in an air tight container for long time.

Tip: Sprinkle chat masala over fried beetroot cheese shakarpara. It gives delicious taste to beetroot cheese shakarpara.

recipe of cheesy corn bread pakora

Cheesy corn bread pakora is a special teatime snack for rainy days. Now - a - days, cheese and sweet corn favorable for the younger. Cheesy corn bread pakora is delicious snack. When we takes a bite of pakora it gives delicious flavor of melted cheese and corn. Its really yummy with tomato ketchup.

Ingredients for stuffing:
1. 1 packet of bread
2. 1 cup cheese spread
3. 1 cup boiled corn (salted)
4. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
5. 1 teaspoon chili flakes
6. Oil (for deep fry)
7. 1 teaspoon chat masala (for garnish)
8. 1 cup tomato ketchup (for serving)


Ingredients for Gram flour better:
1. 1 cup gram flour
2. 1 teaspoon red chili powder
3. 1 lemon juice
4. Pinch soda - by - carbohydrate / khava no soda
5. Salt (taste wise)
6. Water as per requirement


Recipe for stuffing:
1. Take a bowl, add boiled corn and cheese spread in it.
2. Add black pepper and chili flakes in it and mix it properly. Put it asides for few seconds.

Recipe for better:
1. Take a bowl, add gram flour, salt, red chili powder, lemon juice, soda by carbohydrate and water in it, stir it continuous and make a semi smooth better.

Recipe:
1. Take a slice of bread, apply cheesy corn stuffing on the half part of bread.
2. Cover it properly by remaining part of bread.
3. Heat oil for deep fry bread pakora.
4. Take a bowl of gram flour better.
5. Now, Dip cheesy corn bread in it and cover it properly by use of gram flour better.
6. Now, fry pakora in a hot oil on medium flame till it become light brown.
7. Transfer it to a tissue paper on a plate and sprinkle chat masala on it.
8. Serve hot hot cheesy corn bread pakora with tomato ketchup.

recipe of chinese samosa

Chinese samosa is very tangy flavored snack. At rainy days, we want to eat something hot, spicy, tangy flavored snack. I think Chinese samosa with tomato ketchup is the best option for enjoy rainy season. New generation also love Chinese food. so its a version of Chinese food. They really like it so much. chinese samosa become spicy tangy because of soya sauce, chili sauce, capsicum.

Ingredients for stuffing:
1. 1 cup boiled noodles
2. 1/2 cup carrot 
3. 1/2 cup cabbage
4. 1/2 cup capsicum
5. 1/2 cup onion 
6. 2 teaspoon soya sauce
7. 1 teaspoon chili sauce
8. Pinch ajinomoto
9. Salt (taste wise)
10. 2 tbsp oil
11 Oil (for deep fry)
12. 1 cup tomato ketchup (for serve)

Ingredients for Dough
1. 1 cup maida (plain flour)
2. Salt (taste wise)
3. 2 tbsp warm oil
4. 1 glass of Water

Recipe for Dough:
1. Take a thick bowl, add maida, salt,  warm oil in it. Mix it properly.
2. Now, add little little water in it and make hard dough.
3. Cover the dough with the help of muslin cloth and put aside for 10 - 15 minutes.

Recipe for stuffing:
1. Take a pan, Heat 2 tbsp oil in it. 
2. Add onion, capsicum in it and saute it for 1 minutes.
3. Add carrot, cabbage, ajinomoto, and salt in it and saute it for 3 - 4 minutes on medium flame.
4. Add noodles, soya sauce, chili sauce in it and saute it for 1 minute. 
5. Now, transfer it to a plate and keep a side for chill it.

Recipe for Chinese samosa:
1. Take a dough and mash it properly till it become semi soft.
2. Divide the dough into 10 - 15 equal portion.
3. Take a portion and roll out small circle of 6" to 7" diameters from it. 
4. Cut a circle into equal 2 part
5. Now, take a help of water for join the edges of each semi circle and give a corn shape to it.
6. Now, add 1 - 2 tsp of Chinese stuffing in it and seal remaining edge by applying water.
7. Repeat the same procedure for the remaining dough.
8. Now, heat oil in a thick pan, and add cones in it and fry it on low flame till it become light pink then transfer it on a medium flame and fry it for 4 - 5 minutes or it become light brown on both the sides.
9. Transfer it to a butter pepper on a plate and ready to serve with tomato ketchup or grape chutney.

At monsoon season, when we listen the name of sweet corn aaaahhhhh...... 

Corn gives a mouthwatering effects. Corn pepper cheese pizza is a spicy, tangy and yummy tasteful dish. You can serve it at children party. You can also serve it as a starter in your homemade party or at teatime. Mini corn pepper cheese pizza is become very tasty with tomato ketchup.

Ingredients:
1. 1 packet of bread
2. 1 cup boiled salted corn
3. 1 chopped onion
4. 1 chopped tomato
5. 1 chopped capsicum
6. 2 teaspoon garlic pest
7. 1 tbsp butter
8. 1 cup grated cheese
9. 1 cup tomato ketchup
10. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder

Recipe:
1. Heat 2 teaspoon butter in a pan, add onion and 1 teaspoon garlic pest in it and saute it for 1 minute.
2. Now, add capsicum and tomato in it and saute it for 1 minute.
3. Now, add corn, salt, 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup in it and saute it for 1 minute.
4. Now, add salt, chat masala in it and mix it properly, saute for 2 minutes.
5. Now, turn off stove and transfer it to plate.
6. Now, take a bowl, add 1 teaspoon garlic pest and butter in it and mix it properly.
7. Take a slice of bread, apply garlic butter on it and heat on a tawa for few seconds or light brown. 
8. Transfer it on another side, Again apply garlic butter on it and spread corn stuffing on bread. 
9. Apply grated cheese on the top of stuffing and sprinkle black pepper powder on it.
10. Saute it till cheese become melt.
11. Serve hot - hot pizza with tomato ketchup.

Cheesy corn chaat is a monsoon special recipe. At rainy day, we want to eat something spicy, tangy flavored snack. So, i think corn is a best option and also we all love it so much. Cheesy corn chaat  or nacho corn chaat or corn papadi chaat or masala corn chaat is made from fried sweet corn. You can serve it with nachos, wafers,  papdi, masala puri and tomato ketchup. 

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup boiled sweet corn (Salted)
2. 1 tomato finely chopped
3. 1 onion finely chopped
4. 1 capsicum finely chopped
5. 1 cucumber finely chopped
6. 1 lemon juice
7. 1 teaspoon chat masala
8. 1/2 cup grated cheese 
9. Oil for deep fry
10. 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped

Recipe:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add boiled corn and fry it till become light brown colored.
2. Take a bowl, add tomato, capsicum, onion, cucumber, lemon juice, salt and chat masala in it. 
3. Now, add fried corn and coriander leaves, mix it properly.
4. At garnish time, add grated cheese in it and serve with wafers and tomato ketchup.

Tip: You can add sev at garnish time.

Chana bhajiya / Gram Fritters is an innovative snacks. Chana bhajiya is an innovative version of Shing bhajiya. Chana bhajiya is made from corn flour and maida (plain) flour. Its also a spicy snack. You can serve it with tomato ketchup. 

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup kabuli chana 
2. 1 tbsp cornflour
3. 1/2 tbsp maida (plain) flour
4. Salt (taste wise)
5. 2 teaspoon Red chili powder
6. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
7. 1 teaspoon garam masala
8. 2 teaspoon chat masala
9. 1/2 cup Water
10. Oil (for deep fry)

Recipe:
1. Kabuli chana soak into water for 4 - 5 hrs.
2. Now, Boiled kabuli chana by adding salt.

3. Take a bowl, add cornflour, plain flour, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and little water in it. Mix it properly and make a thick better of it. 
4. Add boiled kabuli chana in a thick better of cornflour and plain flour and mix it properly.

5. Heat oil in a pan. Add one by one kabuli chana in it and fry it till it become light brown color.

Chana chor garam or chana jor garam is a favorable street food. chana chor garam is a mouthwatering snacks. chana jor garam is an indian traditional street food. Its having a spicy and tangy flavor. Its really very yummy and delicious. Every one love it so much. At my home, I really love to eat chana chor garam so many times with onion, lemon, tomato and green chilies. If we add coriander leaves, it gives delicious flavor to this dish.

Ingredients:

1. 1 cup bengal gram (chana)
2. 3 cup water
3. Oil for deep fry
4. 1 teaspoon garam masala
5. 2 teaspoon red chili powder
6. pinch black salt (sanchal powder)
7. Salt (taste wise)
8. 1 lemon juice
9. 1 onion finely chopped
10. 1 tomato finely chopped
11. 2 green chili finely chopped
12. 1 tbsp coriander leaves Chopped

Recipe for Fry chana:

1. Take a bowl, add 3 cup of water and 1 cup of bengal gram in it. put it aside for 7 - 8 hrs.
2. Now, Drain excess water and take a small grind stone, press each chana or gram.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add press chana in it and fry it till become crispy.
4. Now, transfer it to a plate and add red chili, garam masala, salt, and sprinkle black salt on it.

Rcipe for chana chor garam:

1. Take a serving bowl, add tomato, onion, green chilies, salt, and red chili powder in it.
2. Add fried chana in it and mix it properly.
3. Add coriander leaves and lemon juice in it and mix it properly.

Tip: You can add sev, chana dal in it.

Corn flakes chivda is very tasty and spicy flavored snacks. Corn flakes is really very heavy snack itself. But, i also tried to become its very heavy and healthy. Specially for that, I would like to add spicy chana dal and spicy peanuts with raisins(grapes) and cashew nuts. You can also add sev in it. You can serve it at tea time.

Ingredients:
1. 2 cup corn flakes
2. 1 cup spicy chana dal
3. 1 cup spicy peanuts
4. 1 cup spicy sev
5. 2 green chili (Slit cut) (optional)
6. 4 - 5 curry leaves
7. Oil (for deep fry)
8. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
9. 1 teaspoon red chili powder
10. 1 teaspoon sugar powder
11. 1 teaspoon chat masala
12 Salt (taste wise)

Recipe:
1. Take a serving bowl, add spicy chana dal and spicy peanuts in it. 
2. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, add green chili and curry leaves in it. Now, saute it for 1 minute and transfer it in a serving bowl, properly mix with chana dal and peanuts.
3. Now, heat oil in a pan, then fry corn flakes till it become crispy. (Note: No need to wait for change color.)
4. Transfer corn flakes to serving bowl, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, sugar powder, salt and  sprinkle chat masala in it. Mix it well.
5. Garnish with sev, raisins and cashew nuts.

Tip: 
1. You can use pomegranate seeds at garnish time.
2. You can also serve chopped onion and lemon slice with it.

Poha chivda is really very yummy snack. Generally, younger very like this snack at any time. poha chana daal chivda is crispy and spicy snack. In, poha chivda, add green chili, chana dal, peanuts, pomegranate seeds etc as per your taste. You can also avoid green chili. You can also store it in air tight container for 15 - 20 days.

Ingredients:
1. 2 cup rice flakes
2. 1 cup fried chana dal 
3. 1 cup spicy peanuts
4. 2 - 3 green chilies chopped (optional)
5. 6 - 7 curry leaves
6. Salt / Black salt (sanchal powder) as per taste
7. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
8. 1 teaspoon red chili powder 
9. 1 teaspoon sugar powder (optional)
10. 1 teaspoon chat masala
11. Oil (for fry rice flakes)
12. 1 tbsp kismis

Recipe:
1. Take a serving bowl, add fried chana dal, spicy peanuts in it.
2. Now, Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and chopped green chilies in it, saute for 1 - 2 minutes on medium flame.
3. Now, remove it from oil and transfer it to a serving bowl and mix it with chana dal and peanuts.
4. Again, heat oil and add alf cup poha in it and fry it till it become crispy. (Note: When it fried it become large size and no need to wait for change the color of poha)
5. Remove it from heat oil and transfer it to serving bowl.
6. Continue this process for remaining poha.
7. At last, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, sugar and sprinkle chat masala in it and mix it properly. Now, its ready to serve with kismis.

Tip: At garnish time, You can use grated coconut or dryfruits or pomegranate seeds.

Poha batata is very easy tasty and favorable dish. Poha batata is very popular dish. My big brother really love poha batata. Poha batata become delicious because of green chilies, lemon flavor, coriander leaves.

Ingredients:
1. 2 cup thick rice flakes
2. 2 medium size boiled potato (remove skin and chopped)
3. 1 medium size onion chopped
4. 3 - 4 green chili chopped
5. 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
6. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
7. 4 teaspoon oil
8. 6 - 7 curry leaves
9. 1 lemon juice
10. 1 teaspoon sugar
11. 1 teaspoon red chili powder
12. 1 teaspoon garam masala
14. Salt (taste wise)

Recipe:
1. Take a sieve, add poha in it and soak poha in a water for few seconds. Toss well and drain out excess water and put asides. (Note: Be careful no need over soak it in a water) 
2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds in it, when it become crackle add cumin seeds in it and also add curry leaves in it, saute it for few seconds.
3. Now, add green chili in it and saute it for few seconds.
4. Add chopped potato in it and add sugar, salt, red chili powder, garam masala in it, mix it properly and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
5. Add poha in it and also add lemon juice in it mix it properly, saute for few seconds.
6. Turn off the stove, serve it to plate. Garnish poha batata with chopped onions, coriander leaves and lemon slice.

Tip: 
1. You can also use pomegranate seeds or fried peanuts at garnish time.
2. You can also sprinkle black pepper powder on it for spicy flavor.

recipe of bhavnagari pav gathiya

Lachchhu na Pav gathiya is very hot favorite dish at bhavnagar. Pav gathiya is really very easy to make. Pav gathiya is really very tasty, delicious, tangy and spicy flavored dish. Generally, used tamarind - onion flavored chutney in it. Just because of this chutney, pav gathiya become famous. 

Ingredients:
1. 1 packet of small sizes of bread
2. 1 packet of spicy gathiya (Thick size)
3. 100 gms tamarind / imli (soak in 3 glass of water)
4. 4 - 5 medium size grated onion 
5. 1 tbsp red chili powder
6. 3 teaspoon coriander powder
7. Salt (taste wise)

Recipe:
1. Take a bowl, properly mash imli / tamarind in a 3 glass of water. After it, pass out tamarind water through out sieve for remove hard skin and seeds of tamarind.
2. Now, add grated onion on tamarind flavored water.
3. Now, add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder in it and mix it properly.
4. Now, put it in a integrator for 2 - 3 hrs for chill it. 
5. At serve time, Take a plate and arrange bread on it.
6. Now, add spicy gathiya on the top of bread.
7. At last, add tamarind - onion flavored chutney and serve it.

recipe of spicy chana dal chat

Spicy chana dal chat is very tangy, spicy and yummy snack. You can take it at tea time. Its really a delicious taste. you can also mix sev, chana in it.



Ingredients for fry chana dal:
1. 1 cup chana dal (soak in water for 3 to 4 hours)
2. Oil (for fry chana dal)
3. Salt (taste wise)
4. 1 teaspoon chat masala
5. 3 teaspoon red chili powder

Recipe for fry chana dal:
1. Remove water from chana dal. 
2. Heat oil in a pan. 
3. When oil become heat, slow the flame and add half cup of chana dal in it.
4. At medium flame or high flame fry chana dal. 
5. When all chana dal comes at the top of heat oil, that means its completely ready to remove from heat oil.
6. Slow the flame, remove all dal from oil and add salt, red chili powder, chat masala in it and mix it properly.
7. Now, wait for oil become full heated. When oil heated, slow the flame add remaining chana dal in it.
8. Repeat whole process again for fry chana dal.

Ingredients for chana dal chaat:
1. 1 cup fried chana dal (As mention above)
2. 1 onion finely chopped
3. 1 tomato finely chopped
4. 1 green chili finely chopped(optional)
5. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
6. 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
7. 1 teaspoon chat masala
8. 1  teaspoon red chili powder(optional)
9. Pinch black salt (sanchal)

Recipe for chana dal chaat:
1. Take a serving bowl, add onion, tomato, green chili, lemon juice, chat masala, red chili powder and black salt in it. Put aside for 5 minutes.
2. Now add fried chana dal in it and mix it properly.
3. Add coriander leaves in it and mix it again and serve it.

Wow!!!!!!! These peanuts are very yummy and hot and spicy and delicious. Its very easy to cook. It also would be great for party.

Ingredients:
1. 250 gms / 1 cup salted peanuts
2. 3 tablespoon oil (for deep fry)
3. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
4. 4 teaspoon red chili powder
5. 3 teaspoon crush sugar (powder)
6. Pinch coriander powder

Recipe:
1. Take thick pan, heat oil and add half cup of peanuts into it and fry for few seconds.
2. Remove from heat oil and put into a plate.
3. Again fry remaining half cup of peanuts in heated oil for few seconds.
4. Remove it on a plate and add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and sugar on it and mix it very well.

Tip: 1. For garnish, you can use lemon slice and onion slice on the top of peanuts. 
2. You can also sprinkle chat masala on fried peanuts.

Chakri is also known as murukku. chakri is like one type of snack version.Its having very crunchy and crispy flavor. This traditional gujarati and marahti type chakri made in festival. you can also serve with farsi puri.



Oh yes, you can also store it in an airtight container for few days.



Ingredients:
1.     2 cups Maida (rice / wheat flour)
2.     Salt (taste wise)
3.     1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
4.     1/2 tablespoon Oil + for deep frying
5.     Water 

Recipe:
  1. Sieve 2 cups maida/rice/wheat flour, tie it in a cotton cloth and place tied maida in a small steel container.
  2. Close the container with lid. Place steel container in a pressure cooker and pour water until it reaches half the height of the container. Close the lid of cooker and steam it for about 15 to 17 minutes (do not worry about number of whistles).
  3. Turn off flame and let it stand for 5-7 minutes. Remove the lid of cooker and open the container. If flour is warm then it is best for making crispy chakri. .
  4. Place this flour in big bowl and rubbing smoothly with hand.
  5. Add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, and sesame seeds in it.
  6. Heat 5 tbsp oil and add the sizzling hot oil to the maida/rice/wheat flour and Mix lightly.
  7. Add water as needed in small incremental quantities (2 tablespoons at a time) and prepare a smooth and soft dough (like chapati dough).
  8. Take star shaped mold and fit it in the chakli maker container and Fill it with prepared dough.
  9. Close the container tightly with its lid. Form spirals on a thick plastic sheet by twisting its handle with one hand while moving it in spiral motion using another hand.
  10. Add spirals in medium hot oil and reduce the flame to low, deep fry until they turn light golden brown.
  11. Drain and transfer to plate. Allow it to cool to room temperature and serve or store it in airtight container and consume within 15-20 days.
Note: you can also add chili-ginger pest in it for spicy flavor.
