recipe of jamun ice cream

Prep time: 15 minutes

Homemade Jamun ice cream is look yummy, delicious because of its natural color. At monsoon, cool cool day we want to eat something delicious. Its so easy recipe and made it by simple ingredients easily available at your home.

Ingredients:
1. 500 ml milk
2. 2 tbsp cornflour
3. 5 tbsp sugar (Add more for sweet taste)
4. 3 tbsp cream
5. 2 cup fresh black jamun
6. 1 tbsp dry fruits (cashew nuts, almond, walnuts, kismis, pista)


Recipe:
1. Take a bowl of jamun, wash it and chopped it by removing seeds. Now, blend it properly and make a crush or pest of it. 
2. Take a non stick pan, add 450 ml milk and sugar in it and stir it continuously for 5 - 7 minutes on medium flame.
3. Now, take a small bowl, add remaining 50 ml milk in it and corn flour in it. Mix it properly.
4. Once the milk is boiled properly then add cornflour milk in it and stir it continuously on low flame.
5. Remove pan from the stove and add jamun pest or crush in it and put it aside for chill it at room temperature.
6. Now, transfer the mixture into airtight container and put it in refrigerator for set solid form of it or put it for 3 - 4 hrs.
7. After 3 - 4 hrs, blend solid ice cream with the help of blender till it become smooth paste.
8. Now, add cream and again blend it properly.
9. At last, add dry fruits in it and lightly mix it with the help of spoon.
10. Now, transfer it into air tight container bowl and put it to refrigerator for 7 - 8 hrs.

Tip: Your delicious jamun ice cream is ready to serve with mint leaves or chopped jamun (optional).

Jamun smoothie or jamun shake specially for children. At teatime, you can serve it to your children. They really like it so much. Its become tasty and delicious with topping of ice-cream.

Ingredients:
1. 2 cup jamun chopped (remove seeds)
2. 1 cup milk
3. 2 tbsp sugar
4. 1 cup ice cubes
5. 1 scoop jamun ice - cream 

Recipe:
1. Take a mixer bowl, add jamun, sugar, 1/2 cup of ice cubes in it. 
2. Blend it properly.
3. Now, add milk and blend it till become smooth puree.
4. Take a serving bowl, add ice cubes and add jamun smoothie in it.
5. At the top of smoothie, put 1 scoop of jamun ice cream.

recipe of paneer cutlet

In rainy days, hot hot paneer cutlet with a cup of tea in the group of your friends at your home! I think its the perfect combination for get to gather. younger loves paneer so much. Paneer is favorite among vegetarian and non - vegetarian. Paneer cutlet is a spicy, tangy and mouthwatering snack. You can make paneer cutlet by deep fried or shallow fried or backed it. In paneer cutlet, i used bread crumbs. so it become crunchy. Enjoy monsoon with paneer cutlet at your home......

Ingredients:
1. 250 gms grated paneer
2. 3 Bread slices
3. 1 cup water
4. 1 cup bread crumbs (for coating)
5. 3 tbsp corn flour
6. 1 tbsp Ginger - Garlic pest
7. 3 Green chili finely chopped
8. 1 teaspoon garam masala
9. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
10. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
11. 1 lemon juice
12. Salt (taste wise)
13. Oil for shallow fry
14. 1 tbsp coriander leaves
15. 1 tbsp chat masala (for garnish)
16. 1 onion (slice cut for garnish)

Recipe:
1. Take a bowl, add water in it and add bread slices in it for a minute and squeeze out excess water from it.
2. Transfer it to plate. Now, add grated paneer in it and mix it properly.
3. Add green chili, ginger - garlic pest, garam masala, black pepper powder, coriander powder, lemon juice and salt in it. Now, mix it properly.
4. Divide it in an equal portion and give cutlet shape to each part and put it to plate.
5. Take a bowl, add cornflour and water in it and stir it continuously and make a smooth better.
6. Take a plate, spread breadcrumbs in it.
7. Take a cutlet and deep it in a better of corn flour.
8. Now, transfer the cutlet to a breadcrumbs plate and roll it till completely coated by breadcrumbs.
9. Heat the oil on a Tawa, shallow fry each cutlet (both sides) on a medium flame till become golden brown 
10. Transfer it to a butter paper on a plate, sprinkle chat masala on it and garnish with slices of onion.

Tip: 
1. Serve hot hot paneer cutlet with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
2. You can also use mash potato instead of slices of breads.

Cheese onion bread pakora is very yummy tasty cheesy flavored dish. You can serve it at teatime with cup of hot hot coffee. You can also serve it to your guest. Cheese onion bread pakora is very easy and quick dish. Serve hot hot cheese pakora with tomato ketchup or green chutney. Its a special and favorite dish of children.

Ingredients:
1. 1 packet of bread
2. 1 cup grated cheese
3. 1 cup finely chopped onion
4. 1 teaspoon garlic pest
5. 1 cup butter
6. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
7. 1 teaspoon chat masala

Ingredients for Gram flour better:
1. 1 cup gram flour
2. 1 teaspoon red chili powder
3. 1 lemon juice
4. Pinch soda - by - carbohydrate / khava no soda
5. Salt (taste wise)
6. Water as per requirement

Recipe for better:
1. Take a bowl, add gram flour, salt, red chili powder, lemon juice, soda by carbohydrate and water in it, stir it continuous and make a semi smooth better.

1. Take a bowl, add butter, garlic pest and black pepper powder in it and mix it properly.

2. Take a slice of bread, apply garlic butter on one side of bread.
3. Add grated cheese and chopped onion on the half side of bread.

4. Now, cover it by remaining half part of the bread.

5. Heat oil for deep fry pakoras.
6. Take a bowl of gram flour better.
7. Now, Dip cheese onion bread in it and cover it properly by use of gram flour better.

recipe of jamun juice

Purple or black jamun juice or Black plum juice specially for monsoon season. You can serve jamun juice to your guest at your home. It really tasty and look delicious. It gives little bit spicy flavor because of black pepper powder. 

Monsoon season is a season of love or season of purple or black jamun fruits.... hahahahahaha.....
Purple color is my favorite color. When we eat purple jamun our tongue also take a purple color its look delicious...

Ingredients:
1. 2 cup chopped jamun (purple/black) (Remove seeds)
2. 1 cup ice cubes
3. 1 cup water
4. 1 tbsp sugar / 3 teaspoon honey
5. Pinch Black Salt
6. Pinch black pepper powder
7. 1 lemon juice
8. 3 - 4 mint leaves (for garnish)
9. Jamun slice (for garnish)

Recipe:
1. Take a mixer bowl, add chopped jamun, sugar / honey, lemon juice, black salt, black pepper powder, water and half cup of ice cubes in it.
2. Blend it properly till become smooth.
3. Take a serving glass, add ice cubes, jamun juice in it and garnish with mint leaves and jamun slice.

Black / Purple jamun lassi serve in dinner time. Rainy season is a jamun season. Its lovely color attract our eyes. Today, i was just tried it and its really very yummy and tasty. At my home all love it taste and told me do it again. Jamun lassi give a refreshing feeling to our mouth when we take it with any kind of dinner.

Ingredients:
1. 2 cup jamun chopped (remove seeds)
2. 1 cup curd / dahi
3. 2 tbsp sugar
4. 1 cup ice cubes
5. 2 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds 
6. 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped

Recipe:
1. Take a mixer bowl, add jamun, sugar, roasted cumin seeds, 1/2 cup of ice cubes in it. 
2. Blend it properly.
3. Now, add curd / dahi blend it till become smooth puree.
4. Garnish with coriander leaves, ice cubes and chopped jamun.

At monsoon season, when we listen the name of sweet corn aaaahhhhh...... 

Corn gives a mouthwatering effects. Corn pepper cheese pizza is a spicy, tangy and yummy tasteful dish. You can serve it at children party. You can also serve it as a starter in your homemade party or at teatime. Mini corn pepper cheese pizza is become very tasty with tomato ketchup.

Ingredients:
1. 1 packet of bread
2. 1 cup boiled salted corn
3. 1 chopped onion
4. 1 chopped tomato
5. 1 chopped capsicum
6. 2 teaspoon garlic pest
7. 1 tbsp butter
8. 1 cup grated cheese
9. 1 cup tomato ketchup
10. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder

Recipe:
1. Heat 2 teaspoon butter in a pan, add onion and 1 teaspoon garlic pest in it and saute it for 1 minute.
2. Now, add capsicum and tomato in it and saute it for 1 minute.
3. Now, add corn, salt, 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup in it and saute it for 1 minute.
4. Now, add salt, chat masala in it and mix it properly, saute for 2 minutes.
5. Now, turn off stove and transfer it to plate.
6. Now, take a bowl, add 1 teaspoon garlic pest and butter in it and mix it properly.
7. Take a slice of bread, apply garlic butter on it and heat on a tawa for few seconds or light brown. 
8. Transfer it on another side, Again apply garlic butter on it and spread corn stuffing on bread. 
9. Apply grated cheese on the top of stuffing and sprinkle black pepper powder on it.
10. Saute it till cheese become melt.
11. Serve hot - hot pizza with tomato ketchup.

Cheesy corn chaat is a monsoon special recipe. At rainy day, we want to eat something spicy, tangy flavored snack. So, i think corn is a best option and also we all love it so much. Cheesy corn chaat  or nacho corn chaat or corn papadi chaat or masala corn chaat is made from fried sweet corn. You can serve it with nachos, wafers,  papdi, masala puri and tomato ketchup. 

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup boiled sweet corn (Salted)
2. 1 tomato finely chopped
3. 1 onion finely chopped
4. 1 capsicum finely chopped
5. 1 cucumber finely chopped
6. 1 lemon juice
7. 1 teaspoon chat masala
8. 1/2 cup grated cheese 
9. Oil for deep fry
10. 1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped

Recipe:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add boiled corn and fry it till become light brown colored.
2. Take a bowl, add tomato, capsicum, onion, cucumber, lemon juice, salt and chat masala in it. 
3. Now, add fried corn and coriander leaves, mix it properly.
4. At garnish time, add grated cheese in it and serve with wafers and tomato ketchup.

Tip: You can add sev at garnish time.

recipe of lauki pakora

Lauki ke pakore
Bottle gourd (doodhi) ke pakode or Lauki ke kofte or lauki ke pakore or bottle gourd fritters is very delicious, crispy and yummy. Lauki ke pakode become more delicious when it serve with sweet chutney or green chutney or tomato ketchup. You can serve it at tea time snack. Generally, younger dislikes lauki, even i also don't like it but when i tried lauki ke pakore specially for my papa, trust me it become more delicious and even i also like it and love it to eat. 

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup Gram flour (Besan Flour / chana no lot)
2. 1/2 cup grated bottle gourd / lauki 
3. 2 medium sized tomato (finely chopped)
4. 2 medium sized onion (finely chopped)
5. 5 - 6 green chilies (finely chopped)
6. 1 lemon juice
7. 1 tbsp coriander leaves (finely chopped)
8. Salt (taste wise)
9. Oil for deep fry
10. chat masala (just sprinkle it)

Recipe:
1. Take a bowl, add tomato, onion, green chilies, coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt and grated lauki in it and mix it properly.
2. Add gram flour or besan flour in it and again mix it properly.
3. Put asides for 10 minutes.
4. Heat oil in a pan, 1 tbsp heat oil add in the mixture of pakoda and mix it properly.
5. Now, At medium flame put one by one pakode into heat oil for deep fry.
6. When it become light brown colored transfer it to tissue paper on plate. Sprinkle chat masala on it.
7. Serve hot - hot lauki ke pakore with sweet chutney or tomato ketchup.
