recipe of green chutney

Green chutney with mint flavor

Green chutney is very spicy chutney. It contains garlic, ginger, green  chilies, coriander leaves in it. You can serve this chutney with bhajiya, idali, dabeli, or any types of food. Green chutney is very hot favorite chutney.

1. 1 cup coriander leaves (chopped)
2. 4 - 5 green chili (chopped)
3. 1/2 inch ginger (chopped)
4. 12 - 13 garlic ( remove skin)
5. 1/2 lemon juice
6. 1 small size onion (chopped)
7. Salt (taste wise)
8. 1 teaspoon sugar
9. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
10. 50 gm peanuts
11. 11 - 12 mint leaves

1. Take a mixer bowl, Add green chili, ginger, garlic, onion, lemon juice, sugar, salt, peanuts, and coriander powder in it. Mix it properly.
2. Add coriander leaves and mint leaves in it and again mix it properly till it become smooth pest.

Tip: You can add curd (dahi) in it.
