Masala chaas with cumin seeds |
Masala chaas / buttermilk is common accompaniment in Indian diet. who have digestive problems are often advice to drink buttermilk.It contain vitamin B12, calcium, potassium.
Ingredients:
1. 1 cup curd (dahi)
2. 1 cup water
3. 1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds
4. salt (taste wise)
5. coriander leaves
6. 1 cup ice cube
Recipe:
1. Take a mixer bowl, add curd, salt, roasted cumin seeds and water in it, and blend it properly.
2. Take a serving glass, add ice cube in it and add buttermilk. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it.
Tips: You can sprinkle chat masala in it and also add ginger pest in it for spicy flavor.
