Bhakhari pizza / morning pizza is very healthy breakfast dish. Pizza is very yummy and delicious dish specially for new generation. So, here i just tried to give you new version of pizza.
Ingredients:
1. 2 bhakhari
2. 1 capsicum chopped
3. 1 tomato chopped
4. 1 onion chopped
5. Grated cheese
6. 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
7. salt
8. oil
Recipe:
1. Take a thick pan, heat oil and add onion,capsicum in it and mix it properly.
2. Add salt in it and saute for 1 - 2 minutes.
3. Add tomato in it and saute for few seconds.
4. Now, take a bhakhari, apply tomato ketchup in it and apply tomato, capsicum and onion in it.
5. Take a nonstick tawa, put stuffed bhakhari on it and spread cheese in it.
6. Apply oil at the corner of bhakhari and put it on stove till it become crispy.
7. serve it with tomato ketchup.
Tip: You can also add olives in it.
