recipe of mango juice

Mango juice act as a cooling agent for mind and body in the season of summer. mango juice also available in the market but its mixer of color and less quantity of mangoes. Mango is also helpful for our body. High consumption of mango is very good in dealing with stomach problems.Mango juice for pregnancy is very delightful option. It contains vitamin C, fiber, and vitamin A. Mango is very good food for dieters because it contains high fibers and low calories. Mango has anti cancer properties. It also reduce cholesterol level.

Ingredients:
1. 5 - 6 ripe mango (chopped)
2. 1 cup sugar
3. 4 lemon juice
4. 1 glass of water
5. 1 cup ice cubes

Recipe:
1. Take a mixer bowl, add mango cubes, sugar, lemon juice and water in it and blend it till it become smooth puree.
2. Take a serving glass, add ice cube and add mango puree in it.
3. Serve with mint leaves.

Tip: 
1. You can also add mint leave at blend time. So, it properly mix with mango puree.
2. You can also add strawberry in it.
