recipe of carrot juice

Carrot juice with coriander juice flavor

Carrot juice contains very large amount of vitamin A, its very helpful for eyes. Carrot juice helps to prevent cancers. It is like a tonic, it improves the immunity level in your body. Carrot is also good for the skin.

1. 1 cup carrot chopped (remove skin, top and bottom)
2. 1 teaspoon black paper powder
3. salt (taste wise)
4. 2 teaspoon sugar(optional)
5. 1 cup ice cube
6. 1 glass water / milk
7. 1 ginger (optional)
8. 4 - 5 mint leaves
9. 1/2 cup coriander leaves
10. 1 teaspoon lemon

1. Take a mixer bowl, add carrot, coriander leaves, sugar, salt, lemon juice, ginger chopped and water / milk and blend it properly.
2. Take a serving glass, add ice cube in it, add carrot juice in it and garnish with mint leaves.

1. You can add apples, tomato, cherry, cucumber in it.
