recipe of apple chocolate smoothie

Apple Chocolate Smoothie
Apple is one of the most favorite fruit of all. Apple shake or Apple smoothie is also one of the favorite cold drink of children. Regular consumption of apple is very good for human body. Apple is healthiest fruit and also contain low calories. Apple also help to reduce cholesterol and also reduce the risk of stroke. Apple smoothie is very easy to make. 

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup chopped apple (removed seeds)
2. 1 cup milk
3. 1/2 cup sugar
4. 1 cup ice cubes
5. 4 - 5 mint leaves
6. 10 - 12 chopped Almond
7. 10 - 12 kismis
8. 1/2 cup chocolate syrup 

Recipe:  
1. Take a mixer bowl, add apple, sugar and 1/2 cup of ice cubes. Blend it till become smooth pest.
2. Now, add milk and chocolate syrup in it. Again, blend it till become smooth puree.
3. Take a serving glass, add ice cubes in it.
4. Now, add apple chocolate smoothie  in it and garnish with almond, kismis and mint leaves.

Tip: You can also use chocolate chips for delicious and crunchy taste.
