recipe of paneer kheer

Paneer kheer
Paneer kheer is a one type of desserts easy to make at your home. Paneer kheer made from simple and easily available ingredients. Here, i just use milk and grated paneer. Paneer kheer is very quick dessert. You can serve it at lunch time or dinner time with complete meal like paratha, sabji, rice, daal etc. 

1. 500 ml milk
2. 1 cup grated paneer
3. 1 cup sugar
4. 1 teaspoon Ghee
5. Pinch cardamom powder (Elaichi powder)
6. 10 - 12 chopped cashew nuts 
7. 10 - 12 chopped almond

1. Heat 1 teaspoon ghee in a thick pan, just saute cashew nuts for few seconds in it or till it become light pink. Transfer it to bowl.
2. Heat 500 ml milk in non - stick pan on medium flame string continuously till it become semi thick or reduce to half. (Note: it should not be too watery too thick)
3. Add 1 cup sugar and stir it continuously on law flame. 
4. Now, add grated paneer, cardamom powder in it and stir it continuous on law flame for 5 - 10 minutes.
5. Add cashew nuts in it and turn off the stove, transfer the paneer kheer in a bowl and put it aside for 10 - 20 minutes.
6. Now, Apply chopped almond on the top of paneer kheer and put it in a refrigerator for chill it. 
7. Now, serve chill paneer kheer garnish with cheery. 

Tip: You can adjust sugar according to your taste.
