recipe of cucumber grape juice

Grape cucumber and lauki juice

Cucumber grape and lauki juice is very healthy for the human body. It provides cooling effects from the heat. Only cucumber juice is also beneficial for the body, it is good for your nail, skin, and hair. Cucumber juice is high in potassium, it is wonderful source of silica. Lauki juice with pinch of black paper powder and dry ginger powder help in losing weight. It is full of fiber and water.  Lauki juice is most effective if taken in early in the morning in empty stomach or in the evening before taking dinner. Grape juice reduce blood pressure, it also helps to maintain clear and youth skin.


Ingredients:
1. 1 cup grapes
2. 1/2 cup cucumber chopped
3. 1/2 cup lauki chopped
4. 2 tbsp lemon juice
5. 4 tbsp sugar
6. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds powder
7. 1 teaspoon black paper powder
8. 1 teaspoon black salt (sanchal)
9. 1/2 cup kacha mango chopped
10. 1 cup ice cubes

Recipe:
1. Take a mixer bowl, add cucumber, lauki, kacha mango, sugar, black paper powder, cumin powder, black salt and lemon juice in it, blend it properly.
2. Now, add grapes in it and again blend it till it become smooth.
3. Take a serving glass, add ice cube in it and add juice in it.

Tip: You can garnish cucumber grape juice with slices of grapes or slice of lemon or slice of cucumber.
