Pomegranate Juice

Pomegranate juice is very healthy and special cooling summer drink. Pomegranate is a powerhouse of nutrients. Pomegranate can be used as a part of fasting diet. Its content low calories This fruits contains only a small amount of protein but high amount of vitamins. You can use it for weight loss.

1. 2 pomegranate(anar)
2. 1 cup sugar
3. 1 lemon juice
4. 1 teaspoon black salt (sanchal)
5. 1 cup ice cubes
6. 1 cup water

1. Take out seeds of pomegranate and add 2 cup of water and blend it.
2. Add black salt, lemon juice and sugar in it. Again blend it for 2 - 3 minutes.
3. Put in a refrigerator for chill it. At serve time, pass out the juice through a sieve for remove hard seeds.
4. Take a serving glass, add ice cubes in it and add pomegranate juice in it.

Tip: You can add mint leaves at garnish time.
