recipe of corn bhel

Sweet corn bhel
Spicy tangy sweet corn bhel is one of my favorite snack. You can serve this snack at tea-time. Corn bhel is really very delicious and yummy beacause of kacha mango and green chili. Green chili is optional for very spicy taste. 

1. 1 cup boiled corn (salted)
2. 1 onion chopped
3. 1 tomato chopped
4. 1 small capsicum chopped
5. 1/2 cucumber chopped
6. 1 kacha mango chopped
7. 1 green chili finely chopped (optional for spicy flavor)
8. 1 cup sev 
9. salt (taste wise)
10. 1 teaspoon chat masala
11. 2 teaspoon red chili powder
12. 1 lemon juice
13. 1/2 cup fried chana daal
14. 1 cube grated cheese
15. 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
16. 2 - 3 mint leaves

1. Take a serving bowl, add tomato, onion, capsicum, green chili, cucumber, mango in it. Mix it properly.
2. Add salt, chat masala, red chili powder, lemon juice, coriander leaves and corn in it and mix it properly. Put asides for 3 - 4 minutes.
3. Add fried chana daal, sev and grated cheese in it. Again mix it properly and put aside for 2 minutes.
4. Garnish with mint leaves.

1. You can add fried peanuts or cashew nuts or almonds in it at garnish time.
2. You can add crash farsi puri in it.
