recipe of paneer cutlet

In rainy days, hot hot paneer cutlet with a cup of tea in the group of your friends at your home! I think its the perfect combination for get to gather. younger loves paneer so much. Paneer is favorite among vegetarian and non - vegetarian. Paneer cutlet is a spicy, tangy and mouthwatering snack. You can make paneer cutlet by deep fried or shallow fried or backed it. In paneer cutlet, i used bread crumbs. so it become crunchy. Enjoy monsoon with paneer cutlet at your home......

Ingredients:
1. 250 gms grated paneer
2. 3 Bread slices
3. 1 cup water
4. 1 cup bread crumbs (for coating)
5. 3 tbsp corn flour
6. 1 tbsp Ginger - Garlic pest
7. 3 Green chili finely chopped
8. 1 teaspoon garam masala
9. 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
10. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
11. 1 lemon juice
12. Salt (taste wise)
13. Oil for shallow fry
14. 1 tbsp coriander leaves
15. 1 tbsp chat masala (for garnish)
16. 1 onion (slice cut for garnish)

Recipe:
1. Take a bowl, add water in it and add bread slices in it for a minute and squeeze out excess water from it.
2. Transfer it to plate. Now, add grated paneer in it and mix it properly.
3. Add green chili, ginger - garlic pest, garam masala, black pepper powder, coriander powder, lemon juice and salt in it. Now, mix it properly.
4. Divide it in an equal portion and give cutlet shape to each part and put it to plate.
5. Take a bowl, add cornflour and water in it and stir it continuously and make a smooth better.
6. Take a plate, spread breadcrumbs in it.
7. Take a cutlet and deep it in a better of corn flour.
8. Now, transfer the cutlet to a breadcrumbs plate and roll it till completely coated by breadcrumbs.
9. Heat the oil on a Tawa, shallow fry each cutlet (both sides) on a medium flame till become golden brown 
10. Transfer it to a butter paper on a plate, sprinkle chat masala on it and garnish with slices of onion.

Tip: 
1. Serve hot hot paneer cutlet with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
2. You can also use mash potato instead of slices of breads.
