Dark chocolate is good for the heart. A small bar of
it every day can help keep your heart
and cardiovascular system running well. A
small bar of dark chocolate everyday can reduce blood pressure in individuals
with high blood pressure. Dark chocolate has also been shown to reduce
LDL cholesterol (the bad cholesterol).
Ingredients:
1. 2 chocolate bar (your choice)
2. 1 cup sweet condensed milk1. 2 chocolate bar (your choice)
3. 2 cups cream
4. 1 tbps brown sugar
Recipe:
1. Break the chocolate bar in to chunks
and melt in a double boiler or in the microwave.
2. Once chocolate is completely melted, remove from heat, and mix in the sweet condensed milk and mix thoroughly. Now, put it aside.
3. In a separate bowl use blender to whip the cream until solid peaks form.
4. Now, take a bowl, add the brown sugar, whipped cream and chocolate mixture. Now, completely mix it with each other.
5. Store in an airtight container and put in refrigerator for chill it for an additional two hours.
