recipe of corn flakes chivda

Corn Flakes chivda
Corn flakes chivda is very tasty and spicy flavored snacks. Corn flakes is really very heavy snack itself. But, i also tried to become its very heavy and healthy. Specially for that, I would like to add spicy chana dal and spicy peanuts with raisins(grapes) and cashew nuts. You can also add sev in it. You can serve it at tea time.

Ingredients:
1. 2 cup corn flakes
2. 1 cup spicy chana dal
3. 1 cup spicy peanuts
4. 1 cup spicy sev
5. 2 green chili (Slit cut) (optional)
6. 4 - 5 curry leaves
7. Oil (for deep fry)
8. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
9. 1 teaspoon red chili powder
10. 1 teaspoon sugar powder
11. 1 teaspoon chat masala
12 Salt (taste wise)

Recipe:
1. Take a serving bowl, add spicy chana dal and spicy peanuts in it. 
2. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in a pan, add green chili and curry leaves in it. Now, saute it for 1 minute and transfer it in a serving bowl, properly mix with chana dal and peanuts.
3. Now, heat oil in a pan, then fry corn flakes till it become crispy. (Note: No need to wait for change color.)
4. Transfer corn flakes to serving bowl, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, sugar powder, salt and  sprinkle chat masala in it. Mix it well.
5. Garnish with sev, raisins and cashew nuts.

Tip: 
1. You can use pomegranate seeds at garnish time.
2. You can also serve chopped onion and lemon slice with it.

Homemade heavy cream is very healthy and you can use it instead of 1 cup of ready made heavy cream. Now - a -days, cream becomes most popular in majority food. You can use it at the time of making ice cream, kulfi, or any desserts. 

Ingredients:
1. 3/4 cup milk
2. 1/3 cup butter

Recipe:
1. Take a bowl, melt the butter in it.
2. Add milk in melted butter and stir well.

Tip: You can use it instead of 1 cup of ready made heavy cream.

Poha chivda is really very yummy snack. Generally, younger very like this snack at any time. poha chana daal chivda is crispy and spicy snack. In, poha chivda, add green chili, chana dal, peanuts, pomegranate seeds etc as per your taste. You can also avoid green chili. You can also store it in air tight container for 15 - 20 days.

Ingredients:
1. 2 cup rice flakes
2. 1 cup fried chana dal 
3. 1 cup spicy peanuts
4. 2 - 3 green chilies chopped (optional)
5. 6 - 7 curry leaves
6. Salt / Black salt (sanchal powder) as per taste
7. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
8. 1 teaspoon red chili powder 
9. 1 teaspoon sugar powder (optional)
10. 1 teaspoon chat masala
11. Oil (for fry rice flakes)
12. 1 tbsp kismis

Recipe:
1. Take a serving bowl, add fried chana dal, spicy peanuts in it.
2. Now, Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and chopped green chilies in it, saute for 1 - 2 minutes on medium flame.
3. Now, remove it from oil and transfer it to a serving bowl and mix it with chana dal and peanuts.
4. Again, heat oil and add alf cup poha in it and fry it till it become crispy. (Note: When it fried it become large size and no need to wait for change the color of poha)
5. Remove it from heat oil and transfer it to serving bowl.
6. Continue this process for remaining poha.
7. At last, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, sugar and sprinkle chat masala in it and mix it properly. Now, its ready to serve with kismis.

Tip: At garnish time, You can use grated coconut or dryfruits or pomegranate seeds.

Poha batata is very easy tasty and favorable dish. Poha batata is very popular dish. My big brother really love poha batata. Poha batata become delicious because of green chilies, lemon flavor, coriander leaves.

Ingredients:
1. 2 cup thick rice flakes
2. 2 medium size boiled potato (remove skin and chopped)
3. 1 medium size onion chopped
4. 3 - 4 green chili chopped
5. 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
6. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
7. 4 teaspoon oil
8. 6 - 7 curry leaves
9. 1 lemon juice
10. 1 teaspoon sugar
11. 1 teaspoon red chili powder
12. 1 teaspoon garam masala
14. Salt (taste wise)

Recipe:
1. Take a sieve, add poha in it and soak poha in a water for few seconds. Toss well and drain out excess water and put asides. (Note: Be careful no need over soak it in a water) 
2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds in it, when it become crackle add cumin seeds in it and also add curry leaves in it, saute it for few seconds.
3. Now, add green chili in it and saute it for few seconds.
4. Add chopped potato in it and add sugar, salt, red chili powder, garam masala in it, mix it properly and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
5. Add poha in it and also add lemon juice in it mix it properly, saute for few seconds.
6. Turn off the stove, serve it to plate. Garnish poha batata with chopped onions, coriander leaves and lemon slice.

Tip: 
1. You can also use pomegranate seeds or fried peanuts at garnish time.
2. You can also sprinkle black pepper powder on it for spicy flavor.

recipe of musk melon ice cream

Cantaloupe Ice cream
Musk melon ice cream (cantaloupe ice cream) is very yummy and delicious ice cream. Cantaloupe ice cream provide very nice cooling effects. Here, i represent very easy and quick recipe for preparing kharbuja / musk melon / cantaloupe ice cream.

Ingredients:
1. 1 average size ripe musk melon
2. 500 ml milk
3. 2 tbsp cornflour
4. 6 tbsp sugar (Add more for sweet taste)
5. 2 drop vanilla essence
6. Pinch Orange food color
7. 3 tbsp cream
8. 1 tbsp dry fruits (cashew nuts, almond, walnuts, kismis, pista)

Recipe:
1. Take a musk melon, remove skin, seeds and chopped it. Then, blend it with the help of blender till it become smooth puree.
2. Take a non stick pan, add 450 ml milk and sugar in it and stir it continuously for 5 - 7 minutes on medium flame.
3. Now, take a small bowl, add remaining 50 ml milk in it, add food color and corn flour in it. Mix it properly.
4. Once the milk is boiled properly then add cornflour milk in it and stir it continuously on low flame.
5. Now, add 2 drops of vanilla essence in it and mix it properly (its optional) and turn off the stove.
6. Remove pan from the stove and put it aside for chill it at room temperature.
7. Now, transfer the mixture into airtight container and put it in refrigerator for set it semi solid form or put it for 3 - 4 hrs.
8. After 3 - 4 hrs, blend semi solid ice cream till it become smooth paste.
9. Now, add cream and kharbuja / musk melon paste in it and again blend it properly.
10. At last, add dry fruits in it and lightly mix it with the help of spoon.
11. Now, transfer it into air tight container bowl and put it to refrigerator for 7 - 8 hrs.
12. Your delicious cantaloupe ice cream is ready serve it with mint leaves (optional).

Aloo tikki is very popular and very favorite dish. Every one love aloo tikki so much. Aloo tikki serve as a starter or you can serve it at tea time. Aloo tikki become spicy because of green chilies. You can serve hot, spicy, delicious aloo tikki with yummy tomato ketchup or green chutney or sweet chutney

Ingredients:
1. 4 large boiled mash potato
2. 2 tbsp corn flour
3. 4  - 5 green chili chopped
4. 1/2 inch ginger cube chopped
5. Salt (taste wise)
6. 1 teaspoon Garam masala
7. 1 teaspoon chat masala
8. 1 cup half boiled green peas
9. 1/2 cup Coriander leaves chopped
10. 1 teaspoon lemon juice 
11. 1 teaspoon sugar
12. 5  - 6 Garlic 
13. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
14. Oil (for shallow fry)

Recipe:
1. Take a bowl, add mashed potato, salt, cornflour in it and mix it properly and make a dough of its.
2. Now, divide potato dough in equal portion and put it to plate.
3. Now, take a mixer bowl, add half cook green peas, green chilies, ginger, garlic, sugar, salt and lemon juice in it. (Note: Try to half Crush it. No need to make a pest.)
4. Now, heat 1 tsp oil in a pan, add cumin seed in it and add half crushed green peas in it, mix it properly and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
5. Add garam masala and coriander leaves in it again mix it and saute for 1 minute.
6. Now, take a part of potato dough and press it in center. 
7. Add green peas stuffing in it and cover it by collecting edges at center.
8. Now, heat oil in pan and shallow fry aloo tikki in it till become light pink.
9. At last, Sprinkle chat masala on it and serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney or sweet chutney.

Lachchhu na Pav gathiya is very hot favorite dish at bhavnagar. Pav gathiya is really very easy to make. Pav gathiya is really very tasty, delicious, tangy and spicy flavored dish. Generally, used tamarind - onion flavored chutney in it. Just because of this chutney, pav gathiya become famous. 

Ingredients:
1. 1 packet of small sizes of bread
2. 1 packet of spicy gathiya (Thick size)
3. 100 gms tamarind / imli (soak in 3 glass of water)
4. 4 - 5 medium size grated onion 
5. 1 tbsp red chili powder
6. 3 teaspoon coriander powder
7. Salt (taste wise)

Recipe:
1. Take a bowl, properly mash imli / tamarind in a 3 glass of water. After it, pass out tamarind water through out sieve for remove hard skin and seeds of tamarind.
2. Now, add grated onion on tamarind flavored water.
3. Now, add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder in it and mix it properly.
4. Now, put it in a integrator for 2 - 3 hrs for chill it. 
5. At serve time, Take a plate and arrange bread on it.
6. Now, add spicy gathiya on the top of bread.
7. At last, add tamarind - onion flavored chutney and serve it.

Dabeli
Dabeli is very testy, yummy, spicy, tangy and delicious street food. Dabeli is very simple and very easy to cook. Dabeli become spicy beacuse of green chutney. Dabeli becomes delicious because of pomegranate fruit. You can serve it at tea time or at party time.

Ingredients:
1. 4 dabeli bread (pavbhaji vala bread)
2. 4 medium size boiled potato (Remove skin and mash it)
3. 1 medium size onion (Finely Chopped)
4. 1 tbsp green chutney
5. 1 tbsp sev
6. 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
7. 1 tbsp spicy peanuts
8. 1 cup sweet chutney
9. Oil and Butter
10. Salt (taste wise)
11. 2 teaspoon red chili powder
12. 1 teaspoon garam masala
13. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
14. 1 tbsp coriander leaves (chopped)

Recipe for Stuffing:
1. Take little water, add red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt in it and mix it properly.
2. Heat oil in a non stick pan, add onion in it and saute for 1 minutemash potato and masala flavored water in it and stir it continuously for 3 - 4 minutes.
3. Remove from the flame, add coriander leaves in it and transfer it to a plate.

Recipe for Dabeli:
1. Take a bread and cut it from two sides. (Note: Join it at the remaining 2 ends of bread)
2. Now, Apply green chutney on one side of bread.
3. Now, spread potato onion stuffing on it.
4. Now, sprinkle pomegranate seeds, spicy peanuts and sev on it.
5. Heat butter in a tava, backed bread on both sides for 2 - 3 minutes.
6. Serve it with sweet chutney and green chutney. 

Tip: 
1. You can spread cheese over it.
2. You can use grapes also.

1. 1 cup dates fruits / khajur (Remove seeds)
2. 1/2 cup tamarind / Imli (soak in a water)
3. 1/2 cup grated jaggery /gur 
4. 2 teaspoon red chili powder
5. 1 teaspoon garam masala
6. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
7. Salt (taste wise)
8. 2 cup water

Recipe:
1. Heat  cup of water in a pan, add dates fruits (khajur), tamarind (imli), jaggery (gur) in it and mix it properly.
2. Cook it for 10 minutes.
3. Now, add red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt in it. Again cook it for 5 minutes.
4. Now, its ready. put it in a refrigerator for chill it.

1. 1 cup coriander leaves (chopped)
2. 4 - 5 green chili (chopped)
3. 1/2 inch ginger (chopped)
4. 12 - 13 garlic ( remove skin)
5. 1/2 lemon juice
6. 1 small size onion (chopped)
7. Salt (taste wise)
8. 1 teaspoon sugar
9. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
10. 50 gm peanuts
11. 11 - 12 mint leaves

Recipe:
1. Take a mixer bowl, Add green chili, ginger, garlic, onion, lemon juice, sugar, salt, peanuts, and coriander powder in it. Mix it properly.
2. Add coriander leaves and mint leaves in it and again mix it properly till it become smooth pest.

Tip: You can add curd (dahi) in it.

Ingredients:
1. 2 pomegranate(anar)
2. 1 cup sugar
3. 1 lemon juice
4. 1 teaspoon black salt (sanchal)
5. 1 cup ice cubes
6. 1 cup water

Recipe:
1. Take out seeds of pomegranate and add 2 cup of water and blend it.
2. Add black salt, lemon juice and sugar in it. Again blend it for 2 - 3 minutes.
3. Put in a refrigerator for chill it. At serve time, pass out the juice through a sieve for remove hard seeds.
4. Take a serving glass, add ice cubes in it and add pomegranate juice in it.

Tip: You can add mint leaves at garnish time.

3. 1/2 cup of strawberry slice

Recipe:
1. Take a bowl, add green chutney, chat masala and add all fruit slices in it and mix it properly.
2. Take a bread slice, Apply tomato ketchup on one side of it.
3. Now, spread fruits stuffing on it.
4. Now, spread pomegranate seeds on stuffing and cover with another slice of bread.
5. Heat butter on tawa, and back sandwich (both sides) for 1 - 2 minutes.
6. Serve with tomato ketchup or cheese dip.

Tip: You can also spread cheese on it.

1. 1 cup cook noodles
2. 1 packet of bread
3. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
4. 1 tbsp green chutney
5. 1/2 cup spicy peanuts
6. 1 tbsp butter
7. 1 tbsp mix fruit jam (you can take any flavor of jam)

Ingredients for cook noodles:
1. 1 cup noodles
2. 1 teaspoon red chili powder
3. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
4.  Noodles masala
5. Salt (taste wise)
6. 2 cup water

Recipe for cook noodles:
1. Heat 2 cup water in a pan, add red chili powder, coriander powder, salt and noodles masala in it and heat for few seconds.
2. Add noodles in it and cook for 2 - 3 minutes. (Note: no need overcook it.)

Tip: you can also add vegetables in it as per your choice.

Recipe for sandwich:
1. Take a bread, apply fruit jam on one side of bread. 
2. Now, add cook noodles on bread.
3. Now, sprinkle spicy peanuts on noodles. 
4. Now, cover it with another slice of bread.
5. Heat butter in tawa, back sandwich (both sides) for 1 minute or till it become light pink
6. Repeat whole process for remaining bread.
7. Serve with green chutney, tomato ketchup, and spicy peanuts.

We know that majority people really like to eat fast food and very crazy for fast food. We also know that its really harmful for human body but then also we love it because of its smoky, tangy - spicy and delicious flavor. You can serve it with tomato ketchup.

Ingredients:
1. 1 and 1/2 cup boiled noodles
2. 1/2 cup cabbage
3. 1 carrot
4. 1 capsicum
5. 2 onion
6. 1 teaspoon soya sauce
7. 2 teaspoon red chili sauce
8. 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
9. 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
10. Olive oil
11. Water
12. Salt (taste wise)
13. Green spring onion chopped (For garnish)

Recipe for boil noodles:
1. Heat 3 - 4 cup water in a pan, add pinch salt and 1 teaspoon oil in it.
2. Now, add noodles half packet of noodles in it and boil in a heat water for 4 - 5 minutes. (Note: No need to over cook it)
3. Now, turn off stove and drain water and wash boiled noodles with the help of cold water for remove starch.

Recipe for veg hakka noodles:
1. Cut all vegetables (onion,cabbage,carrot,capsicum) into thin strips.
2. Heat oil in a thick pan, add onion and saute for 2 minutes.
3. Now, add carrot, cabbage, and capsicum and mix it properly. Again, saute for 2 minutes.
4. Turn on at high flame, add noodles, soya sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, pepper powder, salt and mix it properly. Again, saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
5. Turn off stove and garnish it with chopped green spring onion.

Spicy chana dal chat is very tangy, spicy and yummy snack. You can take it at tea time. Its really a delicious taste. you can also mix sev, chana in it.



Ingredients for fry chana dal:
1. 1 cup chana dal (soak in water for 3 to 4 hours)
2. Oil (for fry chana dal)
3. Salt (taste wise)
4. 1 teaspoon chat masala
5. 3 teaspoon red chili powder

Recipe for fry chana dal:
1. Remove water from chana dal. 
2. Heat oil in a pan. 
3. When oil become heat, slow the flame and add half cup of chana dal in it.
4. At medium flame or high flame fry chana dal. 
5. When all chana dal comes at the top of heat oil, that means its completely ready to remove from heat oil.
6. Slow the flame, remove all dal from oil and add salt, red chili powder, chat masala in it and mix it properly.
7. Now, wait for oil become full heated. When oil heated, slow the flame add remaining chana dal in it.
8. Repeat whole process again for fry chana dal.

Ingredients for chana dal chaat:
1. 1 cup fried chana dal (As mention above)
2. 1 onion finely chopped
3. 1 tomato finely chopped
4. 1 green chili finely chopped(optional)
5. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
6. 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
7. 1 teaspoon chat masala
8. 1  teaspoon red chili powder(optional)
9. Pinch black salt (sanchal)

Recipe for chana dal chaat:
1. Take a serving bowl, add onion, tomato, green chili, lemon juice, chat masala, red chili powder and black salt in it. Put aside for 5 minutes.
2. Now add fried chana dal in it and mix it properly.
3. Add coriander leaves in it and mix it again and serve it.

Wow..... yummy chocolate pizza with fruits and dry fruits its really delicious. Chocolate pizza is specially for young generation. At summer time, all mothers are worried what to cook for their children. Here, I am just giving you very nice idea. Generally, chocolates are favorite to younger. Also, its really very healthy because of fruits and dry fruits in it. Here, I also tried to give little bit spicy flavor that's why i just used spicy peanuts in it. 

Ingredients:
1. 2 pizza bread
2. 1 tbsp mix fruit jam
3. 2 tbsp white chocolate grated
4. 2 tbsp dark chocolate grated
5. 1 tbsp almond, walnuts, cashew nuts (chopped)
6. 1 tbsp spicy peanuts (optional)
7. 1 cup chopped banana, pineapple, strawberry
8. 1 teaspoon butter
9. 1 cup chocolate biscuits crush 

Recipe:
1. Take a pizza bread, apply mix fruit jam on the top of pizza bread.
2. Now, Sprinkle biscuits crush on it. 
3. Apply fruits slices (banana, pineapple, strawberry) on it.
4. Spread dark and white chocolate over it.
5. Sprinkle dry fruits and spicy peanuts on it.
6. Apply butter on the surface of pizza bread.
7. Now, back pizza bread for 4 - 5 minutes or till chocolates begin to melt.
8. Cut into wedges and serve hot.

Tip:
1. You can use any fruit jam and any fruits for garnish your pizza.
2. You can also avoid spicy peanuts or dry fruits.
3. You can use any flavor of biscuits.

Orange juice is an excellent source of vitamin C. Orange juice is a fruit juice obtained by squeezing, pressing or otherwise crushing the interior part of the orange. Orange is also beneficial for the skin. You can rub the insides of the orange on your skin. When orange skin become dried you make a powder of dried skin and use as a scrub.

Ingredients:
1. 1 cup orange juice
2. 1 cup strawberry ice cream
3. 1 cup ice cubes
4. 3 - 4 strawberry chopped (for garnish)
5. 4 - 5 mint leaves

Recipe:
1. Take a bowl, add orange juice and ice cubes in it and blend it properly.
2. Take a serving glass, add strawberry slice in it and add orange juice in it. 
3. Add strawberry ice cream on the top of orange juice.
4. Apply remaining strawberry slice on the top of ice cream. 
5. At last garnish with mint leaves and serve it.

Tips: 
1. You can also use any flavor of ice cream.
2. You can also mix pineapple juice or carrot juice or strawberry juice with orange juice.
